"I thoroughly enjoyed our day spent at the spa and hotel but there were a couple of things that could have been improved with more staff training.Following a spa treatment, we went for lunch in the restaurant and the waitress whilst very charming, consistently forgot part of our order and had to keep returning to us to be reminded. She forgot to tell the kitchen we wanted chips, she forgot what sauce we had asked for so brought out two different types, and she forgot what drinks we had ordered. Might I suggest that a pad and pen would solve this problem? Our food also took a very long time to come out, meaning we had to order another round of drinks. The food once we got it was very nice and had we been offered dessert we probably would have had one. As it happened we drove round the corner to the designer outlet and had dessert there instead."
