Food was beautifully cooked and presented. The scallops were tender and flavoursome. If I had any criticism to make it would be that the portion size is a bit small.

we have eaten here a few times and every time the staff passes and beyound takes care of us. eating is absolutely incredible. we love this place so much and can wait to go back.

eat absolutely beautiful but tiny portions. really small help from veg/kartoffeln. ordered a side of chips that cost 3.50, I was shocked when the waiter brought me eight chips. the personal is friendly, courteous, attentive.

My partner and I dined at the restaurant whilst staying at the hotel and had a 2 course dinner. I was disappointed in the lack of vegetarian options (only 2 options for both starters and mains). My starter (battered cauliflower) was very dry, with only the tiniest scraping of sauce. My main (nut roast) was dry and tasteless. My partner however had meat dishes and enjoyed his. I wouldn’t return to the restaurant unless their menu was updated as I wouldn’t order these dishes again and I didn’t like the other vegetarian option. I thoroughly enjoyed our day spent at the spa and hotel but there were a couple of things that could have been improved with more staff training.Following a spa treatment, we went for lunch in the restaurant and the waitress whilst very charming, consistently forgot part of our order and had to keep returning to us to be reminded. She forgot to tell the kitchen we wanted chips, she forgot what sauce we had asked for so brought out two different types, and she forgot what drinks we had ordered. Might I suggest that a pad and pen would solve this problem? Our food also took a very long time to come out, meaning we had to order another round of drinks.
