"Ordered 2 kebabs for delivery, was told it would be an hour. An hour and a half later I had to ring to chase to be told that it was on its way. 2 hours after ordering I rang back, apparently the driver could not find the address! No one else seems to have a problem, and if the person who took my order took a postcode as i suggested then maybe the driver would have been able to find the house!"
