"I was a little wary of this place being a chain (I usually prefer to support independent restaurants where possible) but I was specifically looking for a hearty vegan breakfast their offering sounded worth a try. I was very pleasantly surprised! The breakfast was great; very tasty an impressive variety of ingredients on the plate. Staff were friendly very accommodating. Happy I gave it a go!"

"Well what can i say about my buffet for my 30th birthday party. The food was delicious and plenty to say the least but what was different about this party is the personal touches that lisa made. Theme was a alice in wonderland mad hatters tea party and ingenious to put pickles and dips in tea cups and serve jam tarts (queen of hearts haha) on beautiful cake stands. My guests had nothing but praise for the food and said how delicious it all was. TI will defintely be recommending this ladies services to anyone wanting a personal catering experience. Thankyou lise. Your a star xxx What a turn around, wishing you all the best, keep serving them homemade oatcakes (with bacon and cheese, that I have to say are the dogs boll*cks) and you'll make that place. "We had a table outside and had to wait 45 mins for food to arrive while we watched several takeaway orders from just eat come and go. They obviously prioritise online orders over people who cared to visit. They demanded payment up front which I thought was bizarre, but it became clear why. They must have had customers in the past who have refused to pay for the garbage they were served.. When we asked where our food was, they said they were just waiting for the strawberry’s, 5 mins later a member of staff came walking round the corner with strawberry’s from Tesco. The food was clearly microwaved food from Tesco, it was tasteless and bland. I don’t know how they are still in operation. I hope this helps anyone who is looking for a genuinely nice breakfast or lunch in Bournemouth."

"I revisited this restaurant with my partner this week after having a lovely meal there in April last year. I wish we hadn’t gone back. Firstly the place was absolutely freezing, we didn’t take off our coats or scarves while we ate our meal and even the waitress was wearing a coat. Secondly we ordered the platter for two which we had eaten between us previously and despite a price increase to £50 there was a visible reduction in the amount of meat provided on the platter. The food tasted nice but the value and quantity did not match our previous visit and we will not be returning."

"Traveled the whole way from the north with the family.We we're staying in skerries for a few days.Now we're tbh not a fussy bunch but the food was cold they ran out of larger on tap and the Guiness was fizzy???? Plus we were told we had 1hr 30 mins because they needed the table.There was 10 of us so it took 50 mins for the food to come out.On a positive note the steak was the nicest I've tastest in a long time.This is an honest review."

"On there Web site, a request to put in an order in advance for pizza orders. One of us is Coeliac so ensured we complied, and to ensure no mixup. Called in the order 6 1/2 hours ahead of collection. Told this would be okay and to collect the pizzas at 18:30. Arrived 18:20 , surprise, surprise, order wasn't in the system. Then some nonsense about the person who took the order That morning) was off sick and hadn't passed it on, or put it in the system. If I waited, hopefully it could be sorted out. Asking how long ? couldn't guarantee a time as there were already a few orders in. Just left, what a disappointment. Won't be back"

"I'm so glad I found this sweet jewel of a caffe. first, the coffee is amazing. but what is probably more amazing is probably the familiar atmosphere. they are very warmly welcomed by the owner. when they go up, they know that the caffe actually looks and feels like someone (very geeky) living room. they can come here with their children and play board games or with their friends to hang and play retro video games. I also ordered breakfast here and not only was it very tasty, but also very cheap."

"Visited here to celebrate a family engagement recently. To begin with the service was quick attentive. However, as the night progressed service become overwhelming and on the side of frustrating. When ordering the waitress disappeared for 5 minutes to figure out what they had...left On return she didn't even say anything just stared blankly. Odd. Once ordered, she then returned and said they didn't have any steaks for the Surf Turf' that was ordered. Weird Unsure how she missed telling us this when she asked the kitchen pre-ordering? Anyway, we were offered a replacement for the steak which we accepted without bother, with the agreement the steak would be discounted off the final bill. This however did not happen. Once food arrived...slowly may I add...In the space of 2 minutes we were asked by 3 different staff members if we were happy with everything around 6 or 7 times. Lovely they want to ensure we are ok, however when you haven't even started yet or you are trying to finish a mouthful you just want to eat in peace enjoy private conversation. Food was okay. Below par cold. After being, what felt like, hurried out of the door at the end (the staff clearly were ready to go home by 9pm) we were left feeling incredibly underwhelmed. All I can recommend is stay away from the Dianne Sauce."

"This is a very strange establishment. I visited with a group of friends who wanted the authentic Indian experience; what we got was a wait of almost a whole hour for mediocre food, despite being the only patrons. The venue was far too hot and a few of us had to step outside during our meal to cool down. Despite being the only people in attendance, we were not waited on. We were only provided with a single round of drinks (non-alcoholic only) and so we quickly made it through the few bottles of room-temperature water placed on our table. For any further requirements, we had to go and seek out a member of staff. We also had to locate the waitress when we wanted to pay, after realising nobody was coming to check on us."

"visits Easter Sunday. have the three cursor Sunday afternoon roast dinner, suppe of the day (bäck/tomaten) brownie, which was a great worth (approx. £16 for 3 courses.) eating was delicious, tasteful and nutritious. the best Brat dinner we've ever had, and a good amount of gravy! we had to get the brownies to be gone as we were filled. also some smoothies. the personal was so lovely, friendly and helpful (the smoothie changed to take allergies) the decor was beautiful and we enjoyed trying the cards (Oracle cards etc.) they visit here a lot if we were native updated by previous review on 2022-04-18"
