Ordered on Deliveroo but waiting for nearly 2 hours still no food, called restaurant but No answer. Trying to cancel order but Deliveroo update states they still preparing so will not get a refund. Will never order again.

Excellent coffee, delicious breakfast, I highly recommend the breakfast bap and their cafe mocha are excellent, the service is better than ever since the new owners take care of it themselves, it is a very well done family business, highly recommended!! View menu

I've been ordering food from here on and off and I shouldn't have to ask for bacon to be cooked most times its been more or less raw still. last time I got sausages were not even cooked and pink .why as a customer should i have to ask for my food to be cooked more attention to detail wouldn't go a miss maybe

I phoned to order delivery they answered straight away and delivered quickly… but I very quickly was ringing again to tell them i can’t even eat it’s so bad… they said theyd call me back and now coincidentally they are ignoring my calls! Well I have photos ready to go online and I will also be down there to raise hell any minute

An absolute health hazard. At the back of our table within touching distance was a black wheelie bin. The food was inedible. Egg translucent. The sausage was edible at a push and the bacon revolting. The no.2 worst place I’ve ever eaten at. Number 1 being the prom on Bournemouth beach, that place the sausages were just swimming in water. Avoid these places at all cost, should not be operating and absolutely disgusting. View menu

OK, so I really hope I got his name right. This is a short story but worth the big review. After deliveroo had forgotten to pick up the coffee, I called Alex the Legend! With the fantastic phone manner that he had he quickly solved the issue and had written down my address. He said I 'll be there in 5 minutes. After the lacing up his running shoes he did exactly this, he called me one last time to let me know he has arrived. Hand Delivered my coffee coffee still hot. Thank you Alex (If that is your real name) you saved my Saturday!

I've order from here many times and the quality varies. But when it's good it's very good, but when it's not, it's mediocre. I feel like there's 2 cooks, a good one, and a not so good one. The good one cooked the meal pictured. The not so good one literally sends undercooked food... Raw tomatoes and soggy bacon. But one thing that always disappoints is that on deliveroo its £1 for 2 pieces of extra toast, but NEVER have I received 2. Not even once. So the description needs changing.... Or send me my extra slice please! On the whole, nice tasty breakfast.

We had a table outside and had to wait 45 mins for food to arrive while we watched several takeaway orders from just eat come and go. They obviously prioritise online orders over people who cared to visit. They demanded payment up front which I thought was bizarre, but it became clear why. They must have had customers in the past who have refused to pay for the garbage they were served.. When we asked where our food was, they said they were just waiting for the strawberry’s, 5 mins later a member of staff came walking round the corner with strawberry’s from Tesco. The food was clearly microwaved food from Tesco, it was tasteless and bland. I don’t know how they are still in operation. I hope... View menu
