"We had a table outside and had to wait 45 mins for food to arrive while we watched several takeaway orders from just eat come and go. They obviously prioritise online orders over people who cared to visit. They demanded payment up front which I thought was bizarre, but it became clear why. They must have had customers in the past who have refused to pay for the garbage they were served.. When we asked where our food was, they said they were just waiting for the strawberry’s, 5 mins later a member of staff came walking round the corner with strawberry’s from Tesco. The food was clearly microwaved food from Tesco, it was tasteless and bland. I don’t know how they are still in operation. I hope this helps anyone who is looking for a genuinely nice breakfast or lunch in Bournemouth."
