"We've been to Oscar's twice, both times for champagne before visiting the incredible Norma restaurant opposite. On both occasions the champagne, when poured, was barely cold and not drinkable. The first time, they replaced the same bottle, but cold. The second time, they only had the rosé equivalent, which was more expensive. They then billed us for this, and it took a while to convince them we should pay the original price. A small thing, but when you're paying £80 a bottle at a bar with an extensive champagne list and they can't serve it chilled, something is wrong. Lovely toilets."
