"Who knew there was an outdoor ski lodge just behind the British Museum?? The Montague had done a fantastic job of recreating a covered bar and informal dining area in their patio area and it was great fun! The menu set up was different to what was described on TT there was no set price anything which made it more expensive than expected but also more flexible as two of our group ended up not drinking. The two choices of fondue were delicious and the tasting platter looked amazing. Service was really friendlyalthough there were times when the bar was unattended so we had to wait for more drinks etc but that was minor as the staff had really got into the spirit and made it a really great experience. I'll definitely be returning next year"

We had a pleasant lunch experience, but I thought it was a bit too expensive.

A lovely location. Friendly staff but service was a bit slow. Food was really well cooked and presented. Portion size was perfect.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Blue Door Bistro, celebrating Father's Day with our family. The food was amazing, especially Mrs Ts signature dishes. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere really enhanced the meal. Sitting in the conservatory was a special treat - it was so peaceful, you wouldn't even realize you were in London.

We received a warm welcome and staff were particularly considerate to one of our group who had mobility problems. The venue is classy with pristine tablecloths and cloth napkins. Although the menu choice was rather limited, my asparagus starter was delicious and other party members were particularly impressed with the crispy batter on the fish, the mushroom sauce accompanying the chicken and the rhubarb charlotte dessert.

We were the only ones in the patio and yet it took 30' to get our food (5 of us). When we asked for clarifications on the menu such as ingredients of the accompanying sauce for the salad or which ones were the seasonal vegetables, she couldn't answer. While we appreciated to be left alone, we were literally left alone. While they had an internal lunch going on at the opposite side and they were all focused on it. Food was great though and I appreciated they had gluten free bread for me.

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was beautiful. We chose to dine here because it was close to our hotel, and we are so happy we did. The cocktails were great, and our starters of crab ravioli and chicory and gorgonzola salad were delicious. Our main courses of chicken breast and spatchcock poussin were outstanding. We also enjoyed a lovely bottle of Chablis with our meal. We highly recommend this restaurant and plan on returning before we leave London.
