Creamy macaroni pasta smothered in a rich, cheesy sauce; comforting and delicious, a classic favorite for cheese lovers.

"Allowed to book onto the set menu for 7:30, arrived and told the set menu isn’t available after 7. Spoke with the manager who was rude, unable to deal with accordingly and actually had no experience in handling with issues. One person missed off for drinks and another wrong item arrived on the table when the food did arrive. Lovely food but well over priced and no service to match"

"Not much imagination went into naming 34, its address is 34 Grosvenor Square; such lack of creative facility does not bode well. And the address, well, that too sends a message, for as one London guide says: From its earliest days Grosvenor Square attracted residents of high social status, over half of whom, until well into the 20th century, were people of title. The square has never deteriorated socially. Are commoners even allowed? Finally, as part of Caprice Holdings Ltd, a group that includes Scott's less than five minutes walk away where hedge fund managers being seen and being rich seemed to us on our visit there more important than the food served, are we simply in the wrong place to get a good meal? Fortunately, the answer is no and the best part about 34 is indeed the food. We're pleased to say that 34 is much closer to the wonderful Le Caprice rather than Scott's, leaving us happy customers indeed. As you will have already surmised by now, 34 is the kind of restaurant that ta"

"We booked this restaurant for our 40th wedding anniversary. The welcome was fine once we had pointed out we were booked into the restaurant and not attending the private event upstairs as the doorman assumed. The table was nice if somewhat cramped, and taking of drinks and food orders was prompt, albeit a bit persistent, as we wanted time to relax and enjoy the occasion. The pre dinner cocktails were excellent and the starters were delicious. We did however encounter issues with our mains, with my wife being given cabbage rather than the crispy potatoes she ordered (they did replace them but only after we pointed the mistake out) and the peas and carrots side being provided without spoons to serve them with (again corrected only once we pointed the lack out). My halibut tranche had lots of small bones as well as the main one I had been expecting and wasn’t that enjoyable to eat as a result. My wife’s lamp chop was nicely cooked but not exceptional. In fairness, the restaurant took all of the sides, including my fries which were excellent, off the bill without promoting and they gave us a wonderful sorbet and chocolate plate for the occasion, so overall a nice enough evening but not to the high standard I expected, given my previous experience there."

"We were the only ones in the patio and yet it took 30' to get our food (5 of us). When we asked for clarifications on the menu such as ingredients of the accompanying sauce for the salad or which ones were the seasonal vegetables, she couldn't answer. While we appreciated to be left alone, we were literally left alone. While they had an internal lunch going on at the opposite side and they were all focused on it. Food was great though and I appreciated they had gluten free bread for me."

"Food was delicious, service was not. Got my order wrong and didn’t notice until after (ordered rump was given ribeye, £7 price difference I think, although I should have checked the bill before paying) had to go up to the bar to order drinks, once I was there I had to wait for the barman to finish stacking and cleaning cups before he would serve me, cups clearly had priority! Also ended up ordering pudding at the bar, 3 people behind bar, I then had to wait and once someone spoke to me they told me to go and speak to one of the other 2 serving. Also saw bar manager and person working behind the bar have an argument, not very professional and should happen behind closed doors. Other than that I had a lovely meal but was let down by the service, also would have chosen not to tip as I feel that the £14 (and extra £7 for the steak I didn’t order) were robbed from me, but I’m not the person to make a fuss over £14. Again lovely food lovely pub, questionable staff who need to re-evaluate the importance of the customer! (The same bar manager who argued was also very nice and very friendly, great with his whiskey but let himself down by arguing in front of customers)"

"We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was beautiful. We chose to dine here because it was close to our hotel, and we are so happy we did. The cocktails were great, and our starters of crab ravioli and chicory and gorgonzola salad were delicious. Our main courses of chicken breast and spatchcock poussin were outstanding. We also enjoyed a lovely bottle of Chablis with our meal. We highly recommend this restaurant and plan on returning before we leave London."

"When our food finally arrived, it was mediocre at best. The flavors were bland and uninspiring, and the presentation was lackluster. We were left disappointed and underwhelmed by the whole experience. Overall, our visit to the Savoy Grill was a letdown. We had high expectations for a memorable dining experience, but unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. We would not recommend this restaurant to others looking for a special dining experience in London."

"The house special pizza was delicious. I will definitely be coming back again. I couldn't resist taking a picture before digging in. The service was excellent, with a perfect score of 5. Overall, the meal was for dinner and the price per person fell between £10 to £20. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also a 5."

"A sequence of 5 issues in one visit... nightmare! Some friends and I arrived 15 mins after opening for Sunday brunch booked on open table. We ordered and as pre requested by Open Table I am gluten intolerant. I ordered GFree eggs benedict but what I suspected was a gluten version arrived. When questioned, the waiter was certain it was. I was still dubious so sent it back for confirmation. It wasn’t! They apologised but then said they ran out if GF bread and would I wait whilst they went to the supermarket?? After waiting 1 hour the orders for the rest of my party didn’t arrive whilst everyone else’s in the now full restaurant did. Apparently they confused our order with another table. When it eventually arrived after 80 mins, no toast came with the full English and when asked none ever arrived. Tea and coffee now cold as it was delivered 80 ago. After several complaints to the manager, several apologies we were offered complementary meal. What was intended to be a quick family brunch ended ip being a 2:30 min fiasco!!"

"I was very excited to visit this restaurant after the canary wharf display. but I was quite underestimated by all the experience. I had booked the online £20 2 cursor menu plus a cocktail. when we arrived there, none of the employees seemed to know the least I had booked this offer. they seemed a little uncertain what was to be done, and it felt something like we were fed for ourselves. we had to ask several times what the cocktail was and also the set menu was very limited. (on the website will not show them what the set menu is.) we had to wait a long time for our eating, and when it arrived, it was warm and not hot as they would expect. also my friend, who ordered the fish, was very disappointed by the tiny part she was given and had to order a shell of clobig chips to go with him as it came with very little. the puddings were really nice, and almost for the night when I'm honest. I think the biggest disappointment for me was the place, it just didn't have the wow factor for me. I expected butlers wharf chop house or plateau, but it was very minimal and strong and had no warm atmosphere at all. the personal was friendly, and tried her best, but something has not quite come with this place and the price of the meal. I don't think I'd get in there if there are so many other restaurants to choose from."

"On Open Table we picked a waterfront view restaurant for 7:30pm. When we arrived, the restaurant name was not clearly marked and we found out it was a Hooka Lounge, not the restaurant it was made out to be in Open Table. They directed us to the inside restaurant where the owner or manager greeted us rudely and told us we should know what restaurant we were booking and that he had a full house coming in at 8:00 pm (1/2 the restaurant was empty or tables were getting up). We were very upset as it was late and we were now far from all other places to eat so we sat by the bar. He finally conceeded to sit us at a regular table. We ordered drinks and the waitress came back to tell us they couldn 't make those drinks. We ordered a 2nd set of drinks and the same thing happened. I then just ordered a glass of wine. Restaurant was so dark, we could barely read the menu. Food was good but they wanted to bring out apps and food all at once after we told them we wanted oysters first with drinks. I would not recommend nor go back"

"Food sublime service somewhat lacking. We went for the festive lunch menu. Had one each of the starters , both delicious , but placed infront of the wrong customer, before we could say anything he had dashed off the get the dressing for the bream .. I know this isn't a huge thing but having been to other Jason restaurants it was a bit off) . We moved onto main course with chicken, cranberry, creamed Brussels...fabulous flavours and presented beautifully, my partner had the flat iron steak , again cooked to perfection but the given steak knife wouldn't cut through it , had to ask for a sharper one. Again these are not huge issues but not to the standard we expect from going to an Atherton restaurant. And just a bit slow all round. Wouldn't rush back there, where as all the others we have wanted too and occasionally have"

"We were initially seated and given the menu, but we noticed there was no drinks menu. When we tried to order drinks, the server assumed we already knew what we wanted despite not having a drinks menu. We ordered wings that were overcooked, but the shrimp was tasty. Next, we ordered the skewers. The skewers were brought to our table, but we were left to cook them ourselves. When we tried to cut the meat off the skewers, another waiter scolded us and said that the other waiters would have taken care of it for us. Overall, the service was lacking, particularly from the Asian server with glasses. The skewers themselves were delicious, but we experienced better service at a more affordable restaurant."

"Agree with some of the more negative reviews food is quite average, cheesy 80s music, slightly dated decor (one of the exposed brick walls looks like a new build) its not worth the money and it’s a very average experience. If it had been 30% cheaper I would be more positive but at their price point, there are far better places you can go."

"Went to Meat Co for my anniversary. There was a hair in my steak. I'm not so much annoyed about this but was more frustrated at the attitude from the Manager. Firstly, she denied that there was a hair making me feel as if I was lying about it. Secondly, they expected my boyfriend to eat his food whilst i watched him for 30 minutes whilst a new steak was cooked. Had to keep pushing for our food to come together, rolled her eyes took all the food and brought back the food altogether. Bad experience on this occasion but have previously had a good experience at this restaurant."

"I made a reservation for our first Valentine's Day dinner at this restaurant. When we arrived at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the nice decor and well-dressed staff. We checked in at the restaurant at 8:15pm and were seated at our table. We waited for 35 minutes before a waiter came to take our drink order. After receiving our drinks, we ordered our food, which consisted of 3 starters, a main course to share (but was the size of a child's meal), and a dessert that was meant to be shared but was very small. We received our first starter, then the third, before our main course arrived. When I asked about our second starter, the waiter apologized and brought it out 20 minutes later. We then had to wait another 25 minutes for our dessert, leaving us very hungry. Despite being told the set menu was £40 per person with a glass of wine, we had requested soft drinks instead and were told it would not affect the price. However, when the bill came, it totaled £110.37. I had only brought £80, so my partner had to cover the rest. After attempting to sort out the issue the next day, I was frustrated by the lack of response from the manager and the unprofessional communication via text from his personal phone. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the experience and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone."
