"A sequence of 5 issues in one visit... nightmare! Some friends and I arrived 15 mins after opening for Sunday brunch booked on open table. We ordered and as pre requested by Open Table I am gluten intolerant. I ordered GFree eggs benedict but what I suspected was a gluten version arrived. When questioned, the waiter was certain it was. I was still dubious so sent it back for confirmation. It wasn’t! They apologised but then said they ran out if GF bread and would I wait whilst they went to the supermarket?? After waiting 1 hour the orders for the rest of my party didn’t arrive whilst everyone else’s in the now full restaurant did. Apparently they confused our order with another table. When it eventually arrived after 80 mins, no toast came with the full English and when asked none ever arrived. Tea and coffee now cold as it was delivered 80 ago. After several complaints to the manager, several apologies we were offered complementary meal. What was intended to be a quick family brunch ended ip being a 2:30 min fiasco!!"

Friendly staff, food was good although slightly overpriced in my opinion.

Very good value set menu, just a pity they don't change it more often. Service was a little amateurish maybe we got a newbie! Overall, I'd recommend.

The three-course set menu at this restaurant is delicious, includes Prosecco and coffee, and is a fantastic value at £25. I highly recommend trying it!

Sadly disappointed on the service it was very hit and miss. Their were more children than adults which seem very wrong and should not have been allowed.

Good food and great service one point was they didn’t have my Open table booking but once they looked they found it. I’ve eaten here a couple of times and it’s always reliable. Would recommend!

The service was very good indeed, and the food was delicious. We chose from the offer menu (2courses plus the house cocktail for £20) and the meal was great quality. As was the reasonably priced Malbec, so a great evening. I’m constantly baffled this restaurant isn’t busier.

During lunch time, the restaurant was not very busy, but there were a few large tables. Our order took over an hour to arrive, and my guest ended up having to get his as a takeout. When I paid the bill, we received an apology, but when I mentioned that my guest had to leave due to running out of time, I received a defensive response of "well, you can see we had some large parties in". This was not acceptable during lunch time, so I don't plan on returning to this restaurant again.

Wide open, unpeopled spaces and hard, deliberate angles – that’s how Canary Wharf looks on a Saturday evening. The concrete seems untrodden and unblemished and the offices feel untouched, like someone took a look at the furniture and the bodies and decided they would be better at the bottom of the river. The thoroughfare is brisk, expansive and even larger in its solitude, and the avenue doesn’t encourage lingering. With the scene thus set, it doesn’t then surprise me to see how empty Tom’s Kitchen is, all blond wood and no hot blood.

I had high expectations for this restaurant after seeing the Canary Wharf light display, but unfortunately I was left disappointed. I had booked the online £20 2 course menu with a cocktail, but when we arrived, the staff seemed unaware of my booking. The set menu was limited and it wasn't clear on the website what was included. The food took a long time to arrive and was lukewarm. My friend was disappointed by the small portion of fish and had to order extra chips. The desserts were enjoyable, but overall the restaurant lacked the wow factor I was expecting. The staff were friendly, but the atmosphere was stark and minimal. The price of the meal didn't seem to match up with the experience....
