"overall a bad experience and unfortunately not the first. Once we have been here and wait for an hour, between the end of our starter and waiting for our main decision we decided to give him another. I wish we hadn't! first, the restaurant was cold. there. no heating seemed to be and a person on our table even felt the need to hold their coat all over. when it came to order, we were very disappointed that the options from the menu were limited with hardly anything “left”, I would not expect that for a 7pm table and a practically empty restaurant. the fact that it was essentially only 2 appetizers to choose, with a specials option (which turned out to be open bland and tasteless) was terrible. there were no fish dishes to decide for the net were only the choice of two overpriced steaks or a burger! dessert choices were also very bad. we tried to make the best of the bad situation, but our bill came just under £200, which absolutely shocking for such bad food choices and quality of food when served. against the end of our booking the employees cleaned up, muted and corded down the sitting areas near us, as if they wanted us to go, as they wanted home! it is far away that we want to order additional drinks, so we ask for the bill. the only positive experience of our evening was the waitress, a young girl. although initially very nervous and chaotic she was a pleasant girl. After we have received the restaurant without reply or confirmation by e-mail, we will not return, nor will we recommend to others."
