"I ordered a burger online and wrote in the notes no mayo in capital letters very clearly (I have a picture of this) due to allergies and also I did not tick the mayo option box. But was delivered a burger with mayo. Contacted the restaurant, who said because they don't have it in their notes they will not do anything about it and essentially blamed me. Disgusting behaviour. Glad I checked the burger otherwise family would've eaten it and had an anaphylactic reaction. There was an extreme lack of care and attention. The restaurant did take the allergy situation seriously. Poor customer service. The restaurant did not care at all and had a blase attitude towards this. I do not recommend. There are much better takeaways, who have better food and actually are very very kind, so don't bother with these guys."
