The service at this restaurant was awful; we waited an absurd 1 hour and 40 minutes for our food. It was absolutely ridiculous.

The huh is great, eating is always hot and tasty, and the worth is up there. it is always a very long wait for the delivery though (quicker to go and order and pick up in the business.) I never had a problem with the staff as other reviews have said, but I have only luck.

My husband and I ordered the gourmet burgers which we thought would be nice, however that same night we both suffered from food poising and horrendous pain, I believe it had something to do with the beef patty itself. I advice you not to eat from there or you too will end up like we did with your belly twisting inside out and throwing up continuously! Such a horrible experience!!!!!!!!! Don’t eat from here. I had to watch my husband suffer and it was the worst thing ever. Don’t let that be you !!!!!

Ordered via hungry house; quoted an hour and a half waiting time (received an email with adjusted delivery time). hours later, the food still hadn't arrived. We phoned them and found out they apparently couldn't find our house using our full address, and said they phoned (phone never rang) and left a voicemail (there isn't one). They were closing for the night so wouldn't remake or redeliver. It's now nearly midnight and no one has had dinner, and other options are closed. Extremely unhappy. And hungry .

My partner and I ordered the gourmet burgers thinking they would be delicious, but unfortunately, we both experienced food poisoning and extreme pain later that night. I suspect it was due to the beef patty itself. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant, as you may also end up with severe stomach issues and constant vomiting. I placed an order through Hungry House and was initially quoted an hour and a half for delivery, but received an email with a different delivery time. After waiting for 2 hours, the food still had not arrived. When we called the restaurant, they claimed they couldn't locate our house using our full address and said they had tried to call and leave a voicemail (which we never received). I ordered a burger online and wrote in the notes no mayo in large letters very clearly (I have a picture of it) because of allergies and also I have not the mayo option box. but a burger with mayo was delivered. the restaurant, which said because they have not in their notes, they will do nothing against it and give me essentially the blame. I'm glad I checked the burger, otherwise the family would have eaten it and had an anaphylactic reaction. there was an extreme lack of care and attention. the restaurant took the allergy situation seriously. bad customer service. the restaurant has not taken care of at all and had a blase attitude to it.
