"Very disappointed. Ate there yesterday, staff lovely I ordered potato skins with pulled pork. One was a mouthful of chewy fat, the others forkful of meat. The chips were the smallest portion I ever had a portion and none of the food was overly hot. I ordered a tonic water which tasted like bitter soda. of our party could not eat their fajitas because they were so spicy they had to eat ice cubes. Bill came to for food that was disappointing. for a coke is outrageous. Food far too expensive simply ripping off public. Cocktails"

"They have a limited but tasty menu. When I say limited options that would be compared to well-known american authentic restaurant series. The meal was cooked perfect into the last detail. Excellent fries and presentation. Very helpful staff Thank you Steph) although I don't know why I had to wait for 10-15 minutes to be seated despite there was plenty of available tables! I guessed the limited staff number was the reason. The portion was small also compared to american restaurants) but worth it. A little bit expensive. Very nice decorations and dinning area. No Halal meat options there as they are cooked with alcohol."

"Friendly welcome and great service. We were a party of seven including a toddler and birthday girl, front of house team were excellent. These are obviously difficult times and no one presumably visits TGI for the food alone however my burger was awful, with a...pattie that had the look taste and texture of a burger cooked an hour or more earlier and kept warm or more likely reheated (burger van style). Even aside from the cost it was poor, below fast food quality and nowhere near Five Guys. The tv monitor above us boasted of juicy burgers, not leathered. Come on guys, freshly cooked burgers is not a lot to ask for the price. Our total bill was close to and we enjoyed visit apart from the food"

"The food is amazing! We stumbled upon Kais by chance when we were really hungry. There were so many dining options to choose from, it had been a while since I had eaten out on a Friday. We were seated promptly and quickly selected a variety of dishes from the extensive menu. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our food arrived quickly and was hot, fresh, delicious, and plentiful. We couldn't decide what to share because we had ordered so many tasty items like wings, tacos, potato skins, and loaded fries. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning."

"This is a nice, simple place to eat. The service was good and attentive (thanks, Saffron!). The food was decent and tasty. The highlight was definitely the chocolate cake for dessert—it was fantastic! The only downside was the bench seat; the backrest kept moving, which was a bit distracting. Other than that, it was great to relax and enjoy a meal."

"very slow service, over an hour to get our meal, meals were cold, had to clear my own table when the desserts arrived, dirty tables everywhere and reception area stacked up with half eaten meals and dirty plates while staff stood around chatting. manager seemed out of his depth and unable to get the staff to do there jobs. sons Birthday totally ignored (we had told them twice) while the staff celebrated with other tables around us. we have been to this TGI;s before and loved it but i presume the manager has changed and it has went down hill fast"

"I recently had my staff Christmas meal at the restaurant on Kirkstall Road with around 20 people and it was absolutely fantastic. The service, drinks, and meals were all top-notch. Despite keeping the waitstaff busy, they handled everything smoothly without any complaints. The starters and mains were all delivered promptly and my steak was cooked perfectly. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are already planning to return in a few months. We made sure to leave a generous tip for the waitstaff who worked hard to make our experience great. 10/10 would recommend!"

"I visited for lunch over the weekend with a large group and had to wait a few minutes for our table. We ordered the Times Square Shader and steak, along with the ribeye and shrimp. The service was quick, and the sharing plate was fantastic, featuring juicy chicken wings and loaded potato skins. The steak was cooked perfectly to our liking, and the ribeye was delicious. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated the prompt service. I would love to come back here regularly, as TGIF has always been one of my favorite restaurants."
