"very slow service, over an hour to get our meal, meals were cold, had to clear my own table when the desserts arrived, dirty tables everywhere and reception area stacked up with half eaten meals and dirty plates while staff stood around chatting. manager seemed out of his depth and unable to get the staff to do there jobs. sons Birthday totally ignored (we had told them twice) while the staff celebrated with other tables around us. we have been to this TGI;s before and loved it but i presume the manager has changed and it has went down hill fast"

michael our server was a very nice young, really happy person with great service. sometimes tgis may seem falsified, but it was real. we had a great time and the food was great, and super fill. we have waited a little longer until the first drinks arrive, but this can have been for the restaurant with many people, for a lunchtime, it is not so busy in the rule. the personal is well done. this place never lets me impress. eating is always great and the service is consistently excellent. the employees seem really happy to be there and to engage with customers on a real way. the building is well designed and has a great atmosphere. the only thing I can think about is sometimes the music a little loud. I'm visiting more than I should do because it's such a good experience every time. they never disappointed me.

Our server, Michael, was a friendly and cheerful young man who provided excellent service. While some may think his attitude seemed insincere, it was genuine. We had a wonderful time and the food was delicious and very filling. The only downside was that it took a bit longer for our drinks to arrive, but this could have been due to the restaurant being busy during lunchtime. Overall, the staff did a great job. I would gladly return to this restaurant.
