"This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I have to say that the waitress was extremely friendly throughout our entire visit. However, when it came to the food, I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the chicken burger, which was delicious, but my partner's juicy Lucy burger fell apart immediately and lacked flavor and seasoning. The Denver chips were tasty with cheese and BBQ sauce, but the pulled pork was tough and seemed to be leftovers from the day before. I was told by the waitress that we were lucky to even have any left. Unfortunately, the pulled pork tasted burnt and was placed on top of the chips as if it were scraps. Overall, I'm glad I tried it, but I don't think I will be returning."

"So from the outside it looks like nothing special, we walked inside and got told we can sit anywhere thats amazing in its self then I had the oreo milkshake tasted amazing just like oreos, then my starter I had jalapeños and cheese bon bons, they had a crisp shatter to the batter the cheese oooses out in to your mouth and then you feel the warm sensation of the jalapeños in your mouth amazing, my main was empire burger that consisted of 3 quarter pounders 3 cheeses coldslaw pulled pork and a fried egg, my side was stealth chips that I think had camermelised onions and garlic sauce bacon, cheese and herbs 5 out of 5 stars 100% recommend this place."

"Popped in today before the cinema decided to try it due to offer for being Unlimited Card holders. Despite being local for many years, we had never visited and were not sure what to expect, but I am pleased to say it was a really enjoyable visit. I had the American Melt (chicken schnitzel) and my partner had a cheese and bacon burger. The food was tasty, well presented, good portion size and fresh tasting. The decor of the restaurant is very well done, really pleasant surroundings and ambience. The service was also excellent. Dani hosted us on our way in, and we were also served by a fellow with a beard, who I think I was a member of Management. Their interactions were sincere, warm and we also had a good chat at the end about our perceptions as first time visitors, and he clearly cared greatly about the business and delivering a good experience. Could not fault it and will definitely be back and spead the word far surpasses the other offering by the cinema here. Thanks Coast to Coast!"

"A group of seven who pre ordered ate here last night. The place had a nice atmosphere and great decor. Not particularly busy for a Friday night. The food was tasty and portions fairly generous. The presentation of the food was not great. Its is a pricey place to visit but not bad if you manage to get a deal. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately our bill was wrong we were charged for meals we hadn't had. The error was rectified but it did take a fair while to sort! I will return but not if I had to pay full price."

"great place, eating is delicious, the portions were also a good size. I had the chicken pliers with the blue cheese sauce and fries. the burgers also looked great. I have to go back to try it! I didn't book, but they managed to fit us, that was nice. that wait for eating was a bit long, but it was worth eating since eating was nice (and being fair we were a big group)."

"I ordered the Full Vegan breakfast while my partner ordered the Vegan Stack. Unfortunately, both dishes were very dry and bland. The toast was not buttered and the portion of baked beans was too small to make the bread softer. The sausages were also dry and tasteless. I had a flat white with soya milk, for which they charged extra. Overall, I was disappointed with the food and service and do not plan on returning."

"I ordered a turkey gobbler sub and was surprised to find it made with smoked turkey and without jellied cranberry sauce. Unfortunately, the sub was quite disappointing and very salty. My friend paid for it, so I didn't voice my concerns at the time, but the shop really needs to improve their sub-making skills. I used to run a deli, and our turkey gobblers were definitely worth reordering, unlike this one."

"Once again, the burgers were delicious. The price for 2 burgers with sides was very reasonable. I don't eat bacon, but they were willing to substitute it with cheese. We also tried 3 different side dishes: onion rings, sweet potato chips, and halloumi bites. I was never a fan of halloumi until I tried it here, and it was surprisingly good. I will definitely be returning soon."

"I generally try to avoid chain restaurants, but after some very disappointing previous experiences in regard to vegan food while I was working in Aberdeen, this place was a total relief! The menu is clearly labelled with vegan options which are approved by The Vegan Society. I had a sweet potato and bean burger with pineapple and jalapenos which was delicious and very filling. The seasoned fries were a little disappointing, but really the burger was filling enough on its own. I would definitely come back here again if visiting Aberdeen in the future."

"I had a very enjoyable dining experience at this restaurant. They offer a wide variety of options, all of which tasted delicious. I tried the 14-ounce beef burger and it was one of the best burgers I've had in Reading. The salad that came with it was also quite tasty. The meal was a bit pricey, coming in at just under £40 for two people, but we left feeling satisfied and happy. The only downside was that the restaurant felt a bit cramped with limited space between tables. However, the outstanding and quick service more than made up for it."

"where should I start? starts with a phone call (2pm) asking if I still need my table for 2 around 7pm, not really how I booked a table of 3 and confirmed my booking confirmation 3 people. I didn't think a problem was really wrong, but...now they're aware that there are actually 3 people as a confirmation. we should be so happy, we arrive on time at 7 o'clock the host on the writing rushes to his colleague to get her place a chair on the temporary table for 2 (this table has been booked since over 2 weeks) we are placed on a table that can only be described as coffee table that does not fit to eat. the waitress comes then all I can say is that I have never met such an rude waitress, I can suspect that she finds an alternative career, since hospitable is clearly not her field. no person should ever feel at eating, we were sitting for 10 minutes they were asking us 4 times when we were ready to order, we ordered our drinks, as we felt, so rushed into order something, she then asked about our food order, we did not say quite ready for eating again, so she rolled her eyes down and just went and had a good old moan about us to her colleagues. that was that the camels returned for us. we decided to leave the manager we left, she asked us what the problem was and to be honest, she couldn't take care less."

"I recently dined at handmade burger and had a great experience. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful and our waiter was very patient as I decided what to order. I had a voucher for a £1 Burger/Salad deal, which was incredible. I opted for the American cheese burger, which arrived quickly and was delicious. The only downside was that it was quite greasy and the bun got soggy. I also received a side salad with tomatoes, even though I had asked for them to be removed from my burger, which was a bit odd. Despite that, my meal only cost £6.85 for a burger, drink, and side salad, which was a great deal."

"My friend and I visited Leeds Trinity on Sunday and decided to dine at this restaurant. The service was outstanding and we were promptly offered complimentary water. The prices are on the higher side for burgers that are not particularly exceptional in quality, and chips must be ordered separately. However, the burgers are made with fresh, hand-pressed ingredients. The restaurant has ample seating and a warm, inviting atmosphere where one can relax. Although it may not be the best burger I've ever had, it is a decent spot with pleasant and attentive staff."

"Came to The Village Hotel Liverpool for Sunday Carvery and only have one word.....amazing! Arrived first of all to the Public House which was busy and had a nice atmosphere. We were lead through to the Restaurant by Amy who was very helpful and explained everything to us in regards to the Carvery! The soup was brought to the Table (delicious) and everything else is self service. There was a large selection of Cold starters available which again were delicious and were very well presented. The Carvery was hot and plentiful and presented really well could not fault a single thing! The Apple Pie at the end was a nice touch and lots of other dessert selection including an ice cream machine which was really good for the kids! After the Carvery we went through to the Bar for the quiz which we really enjoyed and even came 2nd! Well done Village Liverpool you have excelled yourselves once again!"

"However, the manager was able to resolve the noise issue by setting up a table in the lobby area for us. The manager was very attentive and we were pleased with the service we received. Unfortunately, when we went to the lobby at 4:30 a.m. to check in, we were met with a noisy environment due to the televisions. This prompted us to leave immediately. An employee had to shout over the noise to assist us with the check-in process. I would suggest that the restaurant either turn off the loud music in the lobby or risk losing customers in the future."

"my partner and I thought we'd go this place as far as we haven't seen a chain yet. after that it was quite small, but seemed cozy. we sat down and the waiting were ready to take our order. we managed to make a decision on which burger we wanted when they all sounded nice. our food came out in time and the service was good. the taste of the burger was amazing and could not knock it at all, for me it was perfectly cooked. my partner has the Mexican burger and the guacamole has an amazing taste. the waiter we had was very friendly and gave us a good time. with the place that was so small, they had to turn the people away again and again, but it made the place cozy and more concentrated waiting."

"Dining here was an incredible experience. A group of five of us went, and the service was impressively fast. The ordering process was straightforward, and the portions were generous. The chips were large and deliciously double-dipped, which I really enjoyed. However, I did find the presentation of the milkshakes a bit disappointing. The Oreo shake came in a large metal cup, but it didn’t have much to offer visually—it felt like it was only about a fifth full. Next time I visit, I think I’ll opt for the refillable drink instead, as it's much more economical. Overall, this place has a vibe that feels like a blend of an American burger joint and a Nando's, and it was amazing!"

"I brought my girlfriend to this restaurant for Valentine's Day. We had a two-for-one deal on the main course, but the voucher we had stated it could not be used on Christmas or New Year's dinner. Despite presenting the voucher upon arrival, we were informed that they had emailed us about the voucher (which they did not), and that it could not be used for Valentine's Day. When we explained the situation to the person at the front desk, they insisted the voucher was only for Christmas or New Year events and could not be used. Normally, I would have left and gone elsewhere, but since it was Valentine's Day, I wanted to treat my girlfriend and most other places were fully booked. We decided to stay and dine, although we were not in the best mood. The food itself was excellent, although I'm not sure it was worth the £30 per person."
