"Good evening, On Saturday of this month (January), I made a reservation for people at Coast to Coast Restaurant and I always use open table everytime I go there with family, friends or my husband. I also use this (Open table) to any other nice restaurants in London and I have never had a problem. When we got there at the time of our reservation, the guy that was as the Host position or in the Reception welcoming all the people was so rude (he was bald as I don’t have his name). We got there, said we had a reservation, and he said he didn’t have anything then we showed him the confirmation from OpenTable and his words were: “I don’t have anything, sorry”. WHATS IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Is AWFUL. I get there can be some mistakes but it is unacceptable the way he answered to a place we go to enjoy with friends and then this just makes it not want to come back. I go to loads of different restaurants and they have never treated us like that. If they are not gonna have the reservations then don’t promotion your restaurant in OpenTable cause it makes it an inconvenient believing you have something and then realizing you don’t."

"Ordered the Full Vegan Breakfast and my partner ordered the Vegan Stack. Both were very dry and the toast was not "buttered" and the baked bean portion was tiny so that the bread could not make softer or less dry. The sausages were also a bit dry and tasteless. "I ordered a turkey gobbler sub and was surprised to find it made with smoked turkey and without jellied cranberry sauce. Unfortunately, the sub was quite disappointing and very salty. My friend paid for it, so I didn't voice my concerns at the time, but the shop really needs to improve their sub-making skills. I used to run a deli, and our turkey gobblers were definitely worth reordering, unlike this one."

"Not the best experience I have had in Aberdeen, not the worst though. Tried it twice to see if it was just luck of the draw and not it seems. Staff seemed more interested in having a chat and not so much in service. Several food options, but baffling to be honest as to why French toast served with maple syrup would be served with a side salad with a balsamic reduction. Just seems a clash of ideas. The cookie I had first visit was soft and chewy and what you want from a cookie. Coffee was lacklustre and not worth the visit, there is a Cafe Nero across the street so if you are just after average coffee better off going there."

"The burger was very tasty and but it could have done with being a little warmer. I think that if the plate had been warm it would have help and the chips were not hot enough to have melted the cheese completely and you could see that it was a prepacked slice of square cheese. That was the only downside and I am sure that I will go back again as it is so good to find a place that serves burgers the way they should be cooked and not the overcooked undertasty burgers that other better known places sell."

"I generally try to avoid chain restaurants, but after some very disappointing previous experiences in regard to vegan food while I was working in Aberdeen, this place was a total relief! The menu is clearly labelled with vegan options which are approved by The Vegan Society. I had a sweet potato and bean burger with pineapple and jalapenos which was delicious and very filling. The seasoned fries were a little disappointing, but really the burger was filling enough on its own. I would definitely come back here again if visiting Aberdeen in the future."

"The riverfront part of this shopping centre is actually one of the best atmospheres in Reading now, if not the best! Due partly to covid forcing more outdoor seating, this riverfront area feels like you are abroad in a place like france or germany sometimes, especially on sunny days. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars which look out onto the water. The beach bar is very fun and has a holiday feel to it."

"where should I start? starts with a phone call (2pm) asking if I still need my table for 2 around 7pm, not really how I booked a table of 3 and confirmed my booking confirmation 3 people. I didn't think a problem was really wrong, but...now they're aware that there are actually 3 people as a confirmation. we should be so happy, we arrive on time at 7 o'clock the host on the writing rushes to his colleague to get her place a chair on the temporary table for 2 (this table has been booked since over 2 weeks) we are placed on a table that can only be described as coffee table that does not fit to eat. the waitress comes then all I can say is that I have never met such an rude waitress, I can suspect that she finds an alternative career, since hospitable is clearly not her field. no person should ever feel at eating, we were sitting for 10 minutes they were asking us 4 times when we were ready to order, we ordered our drinks, as we felt, so rushed into order something, she then asked about our food order, we did not say quite ready for eating again, so she rolled her eyes down and just went and had a good old moan about us to her colleagues. that was that the camels returned for us. we decided to leave the manager we left, she asked us what the problem was and to be honest, she couldn't take care less."

"Burgers were gorgeous and staff very professional and attentive. Is fairly pricey, as sides are extra. Wouldn't eat here regularly because of that, but nice for a special treat. Had to wait a while for a table, but that's probably a good sign that the wait is worth it, and food-wise we weren't disappointed. Was just short of £50 for 3 adults, each having a burger, side and drink, so as I said earlier, not extortionate, but not cheap enough to eat regularly."

"I recently dined at handmade burger and had a great experience. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful and our waiter was very patient as I decided what to order. I had a voucher for a £1 Burger/Salad deal, which was incredible. I opted for the American cheese burger, which arrived quickly and was delicious. The only downside was that it was quite greasy and the bun got soggy. I also received a side salad with tomatoes, even though I had asked for them to be removed from my burger, which was a bit odd. Despite that, my meal only cost £6.85 for a burger, drink, and side salad, which was a great deal."

"We were staying at the hotel attached so tried eating here on first night. We queued for nearly 10 mins to get a drink and order our food. When eventually our food came the starters came with the main meal and i had asked for sweet potato fries instead of normal. I received both. When the receipt was checked they had charged me for the extra portion but the queues were too much to go back to bar. also the food we had received was not good, I didnt eat my ribs not sure if they were cooked properly. "I am a member at the village gym and always come for spa day and and lunch with my friends as i love it here at Hull village. I decided to book a meal for my dad's birthday last Sunday for 6 of us as a supirse for him and what a supirse we had. We ordered 4 roast dinners and 1 child main and 1 main off the normal menu. My fathers meal and sons meal came out 35 mins before our roast dinners which we was not happy about as by the time they arrived my father had finished his dinner. When the carvery came we asked for all of them on plates and got them all on woodern boards. 3 beef dinners came out and my nephews dinner roast turkey didn't... He then had to wait another 10 mins for his dinner and another 5 for extra Gravey... They apologised and gave is a round of free drinks which didn't really cut it but we was grateful. The staff looked petrified and unsure of what to say or do and it was because of them not telling the kitchen 2 tables where put together and we had finished our starter everything where so bad. We then ordered deserts 2 hours later. We got a gluten free ice cream and 3 chocolate brownie and Icecream. 2 brownie came out but my sons Ice cream and my desert was missing so then we had to complain again. We could not beleive it. They then came back out 5 mins later after my mum and nephew finished there dessert to tell me they had ran out of brownie and they forgot to do the Icecream. I was fuming by this point as you can imagine. I decided to have the chocolate cake instead. When it finally came out it was frozen cold with cream not hot. i was gutted but i was that mad my dad's birthday was ruined i left it. They said sorry for the bad service and mess and wiped the bill which of course they had no other choice really as it was that bad they even began to laugh at some of there own team members. The whole experience was a disaster. Im suppose to book a meal for 8 in December for a girls night but now im not so sure. So disappointed."

"We booked under a deal which included two course and a glass of prosecco each. This was really good value and generally the food was good. However, the service was very poor. Initially they refused to give us the prosecco even though I had my booking confirmation on my phone which showed it included prosecco. They were very rude and unhelpful and I ended up having to leave my table to go to the reception for help. The reception staff were great and sorted the problem straight away. Even on my return when we were served the prosecco the staff were still very rude and did not apologise for the mistake."

"my partner and I thought we'd go this place as far as we haven't seen a chain yet. after that it was quite small, but seemed cozy. we sat down and the waiting were ready to take our order. we managed to make a decision on which burger we wanted when they all sounded nice. our food came out in time and the service was good. the taste of the burger was amazing and could not knock it at all, for me it was perfectly cooked. my partner has the Mexican burger and the guacamole has an amazing taste. the waiter we had was very friendly and gave us a good time. with the place that was so small, they had to turn the people away again and again, but it made the place cozy and more concentrated waiting."

"I brought my girlfriend to this restaurant for Valentine's Day. We had a two-for-one deal on the main course, but the voucher we had stated it could not be used on Christmas or New Year's dinner. Despite presenting the voucher upon arrival, we were informed that they had emailed us about the voucher (which they did not), and that it could not be used for Valentine's Day. When we explained the situation to the person at the front desk, they insisted the voucher was only for Christmas or New Year events and could not be used. Normally, I would have left and gone elsewhere, but since it was Valentine's Day, I wanted to treat my girlfriend and most other places were fully booked. We decided to stay and dine, although we were not in the best mood. The food itself was excellent, although I'm not sure it was worth the £30 per person."
