"Today, we visited Nathan's for the first time and we absolutely enjoyed it. We tried a variety of items on the menu, including the delicious burgers which were delicate and satisfying. The hot dogs were also fantastic and I particularly enjoyed them. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you, Nathan, for a wonderful experience."

"Just enjoyed a wonderful meal at Nathan’s Famous with my family of four. The staff were friendly, and the food was delicious! One of the best burgers I've had—juicy and perfectly seasoned, exactly like the picture on the menu. My 8-year-old devoured his burger without any prompting, which says a lot! The shakes were excellent, and we even received a complimentary treat, which was very thoughtful. Thank you! "still good. we visited here a lot when we lived in york, both the “old place” and the newer ones where he is still today. when I was hoping that it was still good, I went to lunch with the family shopping and wandering around the city. Despite the school holidays and in the regular busy in all york we were happy enough to get a table without waiting. still the same old menu as I remember what is not bad! we had all the burgers, the portions are still as large as they were visiting the last, still as delicious as I remember. the service was good, all were very full!"

"Booked table for 5. When we arrived offered table for 4 with seat placed on end. Declined this table told proper table would be available 20 minutes later. Went for drink in the Back Bar. Returned 30 minutes later and shown to suitable table. Drinks took long time to arrive. Starters average and lacked flavour. Fries over salted and they were changed. The food is lacking in flavour and service is variable. Declined to pay service charge (which I normally do). The Menu is lacking choice and expensive. Time the for the Hard Rock upped their game."

"Not often I have a rant. And I’m not a tight arse by any stretch of the imagination. But adding a 10% service charge on a bill is taking the absolute p” Hard Rock Cafe Manchester your calculator really needs new batteries. The bill came to 183.56, 10% is not 22. Taking the 10% before discounts is a little bit of a penny pinching exercise. If I get good service Ill leave a tip, it’s normally a couple of quid. For someone to bring a plate of food from a kitchen to a table. It’s hardly rocket science or brain surgery, your staff are not saving lives or fighting wars. Why do you need me to subsidise their wages when you have to pay your staff at least minimum wage. I’m sure as a group, there is enough profit to pay them more. The hidden cost of a service charge leaves a bitter taste after a great meal, great cocktails and great service. Speaking to a member of staff, their reply was, many places are doing it. So why follow suit, many places serve **** food, would you follow that? I often seek out hard rock cafes in holiday destinations and have eaten and bought merch in many of them. Unfortunately this has soured that, I’ll be steering clear now. A word to all visiting Hard Rock Cafe. Check the bill. You can refuse the service extortion charge. Takes the p nearly as much as the ULEZ."

"Yesterday, myself and five friends went to Brighton Lost Boys for a meal. We all placed our orders at the same time and sat down with our drinks, waiting for our food. The bar staff seemed uninterested in taking our orders and instead preferred to chat with friends at the bar. We were given bluetooth alarm devices that would flash red when our food was ready, indicating that we could pick it up from the kitchen window. We were also told we could get sauces and condiments from there. However, it was difficult to figure out the process, and I had to go back and forth between the bar and kitchen window three times with no success. After waiting for around 45 minutes and hunting for sauce, my device finally flashed, so I went to collect my food. Unfortunately, there was no one at the kitchen window to ask for sauces, so I had to eat my plain chips without any condiments. The burger was well made and presented, but it was a bit lacking in meat. The taste was decent, but not worth the nearly hour-long wait for a simple meal. My friends waited another 15 minutes after me, resulting in us all eating at different times and defeating the purpose of having a meal together. Even though we ordered basic menu items, the service was disappointing. This experience has left me with no desire to return for average chicken burgers and poor service."

"My wife ordered the fish of the day, which was supposed to come with pasta and lobster bisque sauce. Unfortunately, there was no bisque sauce; while the fish itself was acceptable, it too was underseasoned, and overall, the dish was lacking in flavor and poorly executed. We waited over 50 minutes for two plates of food that fell well below average. We were so hungry that we finished our meals in about 10 minutes and left. Upon exiting, I mentioned to the staff how unsatisfactory our experience was, and the response I received was, "I’ll let the kitchen know." This place is a complete disappointment and really needs to reassess their entire service model or consider closing down. Honestly, it felt like a total joke. Many other reviews echo similar sentiments. It was very disheartening, and I won’t be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone. The only positive aspect was the great view, but I'm sure they'll continue to take advantage of their location to mislead customers. "We got to Medora before the tourist season started, so lots of the restaurants were closed. Out of the places we could chose from, I think we chose well. Hubby and I shared the Pretzels Dips 3 soft large pretzel sticks served with beer cheese, cream cheese, and a chokeberry jelly. Beer cheese was served cold, which is not my preference. But all the dips were nice. The pretzel was yummy. I opted for the Brussel sprout tacos absolutely divine! The Brussel sprouts were charred perfectly. Drizzled with a chipotle aioli. Such a good dish! I would eat this anytime . Hubby got the White Buffalo chicken sandwich hoagie roll, pulled chicken with white Buffalo sauce, coleslaw. Very yummy! Satiating, satisfying, happy food served here! Super casual vibe, unique food (at least what we chose), with quick and friendly service loved it!"
