"I rarely write cripples, but that was so disappointing. the ambiente was great, but that's what it is. I took my daughter here for her first tee and she loved the experience, but eating was inexpensive. I let the personal 3x know that we don't eat pork and they served us a ham sandwich. their scones were good, but the sandwiches were dry with very little taste. none of the baked weep very well and I would not recommend this tee to everyone. I had better £20 tea services. with tipp we were at £100 for an adult and a child. fortnum mason is dramatically better and about the same cost."

"Arrived at the bar and they didn't seem to know I had booked afternoon tea at 4.30 . Eventually told to take a seat and our table was set. Coffee was brought first. When pouring the coffee and my fingers were covered in black from the silver coffee pot. I asked where the toilets were to was my hands. The coffee pot was then cleaned. The food came nicely presented but a bit pricey at £30 with glass of champagne which I had my husband the £21.50 I thought the bar/restaurant to be very stuffy and we had 2 flies around the food permanently. Bit disappointed that nothing was offered as an apology"
