"We have been previously and loved it but this time we were greeted by Vicky Pollard (I think she was a supervisor or just had an air of importance with no customer service skills) and poor service from her followed. The other members of staff were slow but pleasant at least. Our drinks sat on the bar for 30 minutes before being sent over to us. It was also too much trouble for “Ms Pollard” to ask chef for pizza with no pesto. To be honest we could have put up with slow service and the reserved table being a bit grubby upon arrival but the young woman’s attitude “Ms Pollard” just left a bad impression."

"After seeing on the vegetarian page on FB people ranting about their vegan kebabs, we thought we would give it a go. Ordered food on app and it said it would be ready in 45minutes. We arrived on time. Food had been sitting; opened our kebabs and chips and they were cold. Chips were dry. I had the vegan steak kebab, the soya pieces were horrible. Chewy and greasy, was like eating gristle. My husband's chicken/doner kebab was tough. Within 30 minutes of eating mine, I felt unwell and had diarrhea. Have felt sick and had a horrible tummy since eating it last night. I've hardly eaten a thing. Also, the house sauce was very sickening and more like a sweet mayonnaise. NEVER going back!"

"the saying "not judge a book through his cover could have been donated for this place. on the outside it looks more like any old independent pizza kidnapping, and that does not really change this impression sitting with 3 4 which are squeezed along a wall. And some barstool style sitting along the other, looks nothing like a typical Italian restaurant. but what do we visit restaurants for? that eat naturally, and oh mine, supplies pizzeria triangolo in this department. as its name fits, the menu is hard on pizzas, although there is still a quite long selection of pasta dishes to choose, and how it is all freshly cooked to order, changes are easily accommodated if they have rather left a certain ingredient, or something added. between us four we had 3 different pizzas, a pasta dish and a appetizer made of garlic cheese pizzabrot and gave the empty teller and satisfied looks on all our faces at the end of the meal, there is no doubt that eating here is tip notch. including drinks, the whole meal came to a smidge under 60 pfunds, which for 4 people"

"Went on a busy Saturday and they had issues from the off with their systems and finding our booking. Soon after, there was an issue with their kitchen tickets and our food order took an hour to bring half of our order, then the rest followed in parts over the next 45 mins. We were only meant to have the table for 1hr45min so they extended our time due to the delay. It wasn't too bad but they were very apologetic and gave us free shots. We also had a mix up on a couple of the drinks ordering on the app, one drink should've been marked unavailable but it wasn't so we'd bought one and after were told they didn't have all of the ingredients. It was no issue, they just swapped it for another drink. They did also then give us a free round of drinks and an extra drink for the drink which was in place of a cocktail they'd made which wasn't the one we ordered. Due to all of the mix ups, the manager ordered us a round of drinks on the house which was lovely but we weren't at all unhappy. The food was delicious we can recommend the paella!! The drinks were lovely I'd recommend an espresso rumtini! The night itself was great and the most important part was spending it together, not stuck in the house!!"

"Walked in on a Saturday night. Place was quite busy but we were let in (had to check in for track&trace) to the bar. Fortunately, we found a table and had our drinks there with nice music played by a DJ. Tables were placed relatively apart from each other which gave space to groups to enjoy themselves without constantly bumping into someone. There were different seating arrangements to accommodate smaller and larger groups as well. Bar staff was really friendly and professional. ONLY CARD PAYMENTS, contactless preferred. Tables were cleaned between customers, restroom was well-maintained."

"A truly painful experience. Waited over an hour for food with people who came in after us being served before us as our waitress obviously forgot to put the order through. Got sat next to the door on a chilly day whilst large groups of teenagers were in and out constantly vaping/smoking leaving the door open. Had to get up to close it all the time; luckily a family was sat next to us who tagged in with the door closing. It seemed tables just drinking were prioritised over people ordering food. And when we finally got our food I found a bit of metal Brillo pad/scourer in the chips. A restaurant run by children for children to get drunk on cheap cocktails, definitely not somewhere to go for dinner."

"During our third night in Torquay, I was extremely impressed with Las Iguanas! They had a separate section on their menu dedicated to vegan options, which did not disappoint. I found it charming that they included little vegan flags on the food to signify their pride in offering these choices. I ordered the vegan nachos for a starter and a vegan burrito for my main, but the starter was so filling that I couldn't finish my main! Everything was delicious, and the staff were attentive and friendly. We chose to sit outside and used a QR code to order our food. There were also some fantastic vegan cocktail options available on a 2 for 1 special. I would definitely recommend Las Iguanas over the other restaurants on the Riviera strip. "I quite often visit family in Swansea and always make a point of visiting Crumbs every time. The vegan food is very clearly labeled and the staff are always happy to accomodate. I have fallen in love with their vegan fry up breakfast which is the best that I have had in any restaurant in the UK. I also found the vegan selection very good. My children are vegetarian and they love it here too. My partner eats meat, but always finds something here that he enjoys. The only downside is that the vegan cakes quite regularly have nuts in, which is disappointing as I have a nut allergy. However, the vegan chocolate cake is delicious when they do have it in. What makes this place somewhere that I visit time and again is the friendliness of the staff. The customer service is really good and they always try to accodmodate my dietry needs. I would definitely recommend a visit to this restaurant."

"This restaurant is amazing. We ordered the Burrito bullets and they were huge! Great value for the money, with all the fixings included - acid, guac, and cheese - not like most Mexican restaurants that charge extra for these toppings. The server was nice and quickly realized we were new customers, so she was super friendly and took her time showing us all the different options we could add to our meal. It was an amazing experience!"

"I have been to this restaurant a few times and have always loved the food. The only drawback is that if you have a small appetite and plan to take leftovers home, you should be aware that the food doesn't hold up well during travel. The chicken was nearly spoiled after a few hours, even though it was delicious when initially served. This experience has discouraged me from returning to the restaurant."

"My partner and I came in today, later in the day and was surprised to see how quiet it was and was worried. We were pleasantly surprised by a friendly service and spectacular food order. My partner had the pulled pork and I had the Veggie Chilli, we shared nachos and it was better than most subways I have had! The staff catered towards my dietary requirements, making the distinction between me being vegetarian or vegan. All in all a great little place, would definitely return again and I would love to see this business in more places."
