"As a group of 4, we arrived without a reservation on Saturday at around 12.30pm. When we went up to place our order at 12.40pm we were advised there was a 40 minute wait on meals. We decided (unfortunately) to order and wait. A group of 4 with a reservation, arrived at the table next to us about 15 minutes later. The hostess came to their table and took their order. Their cooked meals arrived about 20 minutes after they had ordered. Our single ham ploughmans plate and 2 jacket potatoes arrived at 1.45pm! On leaving, my curious husband enquired why the table next to us got their meals without the “40 minutes” wait and was told it was because they had pre-ordered. When hubby challenged this and advised that was not the case, he was told “they requested their meal be delivered at a set time”! Seriously. Not the way to attract or encourage walk ins. Here was I, thinking a reservation meant you got a table at a set time. At this place it means no matter what time you order, you get your meal before those who’ve arrived and ordered before you. As a side, it was the worst ploughman’s platter I’ve ever had at an English pub. After being told it would be big enough to share, “with a bowl of chips”, it was not. It was one slice of ham (very nice) 2 dry pieces of bread, 2 small pickled onions, some stale and crushed corn chips, 2 pieces of ice burg lettuce, grated carrot and 2 pieces of tomato and a soft, browning apple with a side of chutney/pickle. Definitely not worth the £12.50 we paid. If we hadn’t already waited 45 minutes, I’d have complained and sent it back. WILL NEVER GO BACK!"

"If you are looking for Tex-Mex, Pancho's is not for you! Pancho's is the authentic Mexican take-away we have been looking for in the area, definitely one of the best around here! I only wish we had found it sooner. The thoughtfully marinated and flavourful meat stands out in all the right ways and the portion sizes are very generous. The owner is a genuine caballero who clearly takes pride in his Mexican heritage and bringing authentic Mexican food to the area. It was so delightful speaking to him in my broken Spanish I almost forgot I was there for my dinner."

"We've now eaten a couple of times at The Deli on a Friday night, and have had a great experience both times. The lovely owners Chris and Louise go all out to give customers a welcoming, relaxed, no frills experience, and the food is great. The menu is limited and simple no nonsense, fresh ingredients, well cooked and served with a smile. These guys know what people want from an affordable, local place to eat, and deliver in spades. Decent wine, Italian beer on draft what more can you ask for from a neighborhood deli? Last time we all had the Aberdeen Angus burgers you couldn't honestly have bettered them in a high end burger restaurant. Pizzas being brought out also looked fab, and I understand the Thursday Thai night and monthly Friday cocktail evening are also worth experiencing. I might think about getting rid of my own kitchen..."

"Great place to eat. It was our first time in Tortilla and the staff were so patient talking us through what options we could have in our wraps. The food was so tasty and reasonably priced. Early reviews have mentioned poor standards we found the opposite. Staff were attentive, checked if our food was ok and took our trays away for us as soon as we stood to leave. I liked the chatty atmosphere, the staff at lunchtime clearly worked together well and the atmosphere was really welcoming. The fast service at the counter means it would be an idea place to eat if you had a short lunchbreak."

"Lovely place, very welcoming staff. We were seated promptly even through we were a little early. Service was quick and the food was obviously freshly cooked and really hot. We thought it was reasonably priced for the portion sizes. We tried the burrito bowl, kebab and katsu curry we were all impressed. Desert was delicious! I had the rhubarb and cranberry crumble (try if it’s available! . We found the pub through the Happy Cow app when searching for a vegan restaurant whilst visiting the area we were definitely not disappointed and really glad we made the decision to visit. 100% we will visit you again when we are next in Wiltshire."

"I usually do not go into spaces that serve meat dishes, but this place is local for me and offers a lot of very kreatiw looking vegan option (plus a visible kitchen / prep area,) so I thought it deserves at least one visit. the service was friendly and fast, and eating was absolutely delicious interesting; fresh; tasteful; decent portion sizes; reasonable prices. my vegan power bowl was a fantastic combination of various items that really complemented each other, with the tenderest falafel I had in very long time. If they were just fucking the meat, I could just be a regular. updated by previous review on 2022-04-28"

"The restaurant has expanded its menu to include delicious Cauliflower bites, which have quickly become a favorite. There is now an option for both vegetarians and vegans, with halloumi and spud offerings respectively. Loaded fries are also available, topped with pomegranate seeds for an extra burst of flavor. The dishes are more delicately flavored rather than spicy, and I have enjoyed every meal I have had here. The restaurant has a boutique and quirky layout in the old location of a vegan cafe, and they even offer Jarritos. It's a great spot for quick and tasty eats. "We were seated at our table and, after 20 minutes, we were offered drinks while we waited. The menu is extensive with plenty to choose from. My partner ordered the steak, which was cooked to perfection, while I opted for a selection of tapas. They definitely offered more than just a bite! I initially thought the portion sizes would be small, but when the dishes arrived, the servings were very generous. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. To top it all off, we were served the largest slice of cheesecake I’ve ever had! The service was impeccable, and we felt well taken care of throughout our meal, without being rushed at the end, which was lovely. Thank you for making our anniversary weekend even more special!"

"I have visited the place a few times las year as the food is very nice. the customer service not so much. Last time I ordered food and once done asked for the reciept, the lady on the counter said its alright, when the food is ready they will call us. When the food was ready my daughter went in to pay and out of courtesy she asked if it had been paid for. the same girl on the counter said no and my daughter was charged again. i went in to ask, the lady said her manager can only arrange refunds so he will be in touch. it has been 3 weeks. Matt hasnt contacted me. Twice I happened to be in area so walked in to ask for the refund, both times Matt hasnt been there and he hasnt made contact. Its not about the money, its not alot but its the respect for the customers which seems to bee non existant in the establishemnt. Disappointed to say the least. By the way the food is nice therefore this is not a criticism of the chef. My previous review was responded but no solution has been reached. the owners dont respond and my issue is nto resolved. its been months now that extra money charged has not been refunded."

"The worst take away I have ordered. Set for 20:20, then have got a message the order is delayed of 20 mins, finally it took 55mins to deliver the food. Called the restaurant, the line was busy all the time. No apologize from the driver. Ordered nachos, with cheese, pork, guacamole,etc. What I got was crisps not nachos, yellow sauce with jalapeños (never ordered, but I guess they call it cheese , big pieces of avocado in something called guacamole : , cold meat. The crisps were in the plastic bag and the plastic containers lying on them. Where is the food standard? Would never order again. If I could give zero*, I would."
