"Great place to eat. It was our first time in Tortilla and the staff were so patient talking us through what options we could have in our wraps. The food was so tasty and reasonably priced. Early reviews have mentioned poor standards we found the opposite. Staff were attentive, checked if our food was ok and took our trays away for us as soon as we stood to leave. I liked the chatty atmosphere, the staff at lunchtime clearly worked together well and the atmosphere was really welcoming. The fast service at the counter means it would be an idea place to eat if you had a short lunchbreak."

Tables were filthy. trays everywhere. no one came to clean any tables in the 20 minutes that we were there. Tortillas were cold. Very small amount of Meat in the Tacos. Overall very poor experience.

Neighbour to this restaurant and wanted to leave a review because my wife and I have gone here often since moving in the area. The food always consistently good and the staff, super friendly and accommodating. Would 100% recommend

The restaurant only accepted card payments, but I only had cash on me. My burrito cost £7.00, but I was 70p short. One of the workers kindly paid the extra 70p for me using her card, which I greatly appreciated. The staff at the restaurant are friendly and understanding.

We were fortunate to be the final group served on May 14th, arriving just two minutes before closing time. From the moment we entered until the warm farewells at the end, the staff was exceptional. We had a wide selection of ingredients and everything tasted fantastic. Thank you once again! I highly recommend this restaurant! View menu

Wow. When a Deliveroo or Just Eat order comes in, be prepared to be totally ignored by the staff serving here. The queue literally went out the door as they prioritised their orders to be collected. Half hearted apology and a shrug. And then the food was so mish mash and sloppy. Very grisly but of chicken too. Sorry, with other Mexican restaurants in Wimbledon this one we will swerve in the future.

Delivery came, had been dropped, bag soaking and food spilt. Whilst it was a deliveroo driver the hanging up on my call to tortilla without even answering was atrocious and then taking the call saying nothing I can do not my problem just shows they couldn’t care less about customers. I’d recommend people avoid this until they get a manager with manners. Food looks soooooo appetising!!! My wife says no shredded beef as described just lumps of steak and no to little veggies...

"only at chez bruce ate, because our original choice to the jubilee dinner (thames river cruise) was cancelled at short notice after we had already booked our hotel: in wandsworth. instead of canceling the whole trip to london, I decided to try cb and see if they could fit us as they were only about 30 minutes away from our hotel. it was a Tuesday night when we were able to get in. I have bruce poole cookbook so was very excited to taste the restaurant and eating was really good. very similar to la trumpet in chiswick and I think they share. my starter of enoki mushroom salad with romaine, rump and comte was enormous. my cousin also thought her makrelenrillettes were first class. we have rejoined our head; I choose the hain that was outstanding again. my cousin complained that her pork was too much meat and not enough of something else. she was again on board with the dessert of white chocolate jerk and rusty ice cream. I had the cheeseboard that was good, but I had better. good wine list, with a little decent half bottle. However, the bottle was ordered by pomerol i was not available, but the sommelier hit an alternative, cheaper bottle that was very good. brot was very nice. service was okay, not great. there were some stretch before us to pour wein, to take plates that were both my cousin and I annoyed. but this little grip aside, I thought £200 without wein was pretty good."
