"We planned to enjoy an afternoon tea and booked a table for 5:30 via the website, which was the only available time aside from 2:30. However, when we arrived, we were informed that afternoon tea was no longer being served. Instead, we ended up having a meal that was decent, but it wasn't what we had wanted or booked for. I believe there may be an issue with the reservation system on the website and with Fork. The staff were sympathetic and helpful, but overall, the experience was disappointing as a birthday celebration."
