"Wow !!!! Knew about the venue but never been until last night. I took my wife Michelle to celebrate her birthday and what a meal we were served. The service is first class and the food was top class and plenty of it, I did ask if a sauce could be substituted and asked for a dianne sauce the chef said it could but because he only had english mustard it would not taste the same. He was right, that info told me this chef knows his sauces. so we declined The starters came out and enjoyed. the mains Wow. the T bone was perfect Michelle’s Fillet just as good. If I have a n issue it is the parking but that just shows how busy it is. also the outside area could do with tidying up first impressions). All in all in my humble opinion you will need to travel a long way from Wolverhampton to find a better meal. And the staff were just as good as the food. Thank you Fiume for making our meal the best we have had in a long while. we will return."

"The service at the restaurant could have been improved if the waiter had informed us that the pasta was good for sharing. The person who took our order even appeared to be the manager. Despite there being three of us dining, we each ordered a main dish. My friend and I both ordered the same pasta dish. The waiter should have mentioned that one order was enough for two people and suggested other dishes. We were surprised when two plates of pasta were brought to our table. We even asked another waiter if the dish was meant to be shared, and she confirmed that it was. To the waiter who took our order, please be more attentive in the future and avoid unnecessary food waste."

"Food arrived undercooked, cold and congealed. Not only that but overpriced. Don’t waste your time or money and go to domino’s instead!! At least they are consistent and better priced. When I called they told me it wasn’t their problem and hung up. When I called back they threatened to call the police. Completely incompetent! Just eat should be ashamed to have them on the app!"

"Our visit didn’t start out so well as we struggled to find the entrance! Some better signage would be good, especially as the doors aren’t marked and look more like a goods entrance! We were seated right opposite one set of doors and since they were automated we were blasted with cold air for a while each time someone came in or left. We thought it wasn’t worth asking to move since it was busy and now where better to put us, and that things would settle once the lunch covers were all in, but then people started cutting through to use the restaurant as a short cut to get into the hotel! This just spoiled the ambience for us as we were cold and ended up watching the door. The staff were however lovely and the food and drinks great. I realised afterwards that my main was listed on the menu (in its title) as having walnuts with it, but I didn’t get any with my dish so that was a shame (I’d have mentioned if I’d realised at the time). The Jerusalem artichoke soup, ricotta and truffle ravioli, and olive oil martini were our highlights, and we’d recommend."

"the hotel was absolutely perfect in any view. the only side was loud construction work outside our room, we were right next to the scaffold and the drilling. my enkelin complained when the holes went on to 5. the personal offered to move us into another room, but we had all started preparing at this point so it was not an option. they surprised us with a beautiful dinner of cheese bus kites and dived left in our room and very appreciated after drowning in the amount on the way back from adele concert. everything else perfect the personal, bar, eating and spa facilities very comfortable stay."

"The food was beautifully presented, as always. Our starter arrived at the right time, but we experienced a nearly 25-minute wait for our main course, and no explanation was given for the delay. Larger tables of four were served their starters, mains, and desserts after we had our starter but before we received our main dish. We didn’t receive any updates during this time. While the restaurant was busy (which is great for them given the current climate), there were moments when social distancing wasn’t maintained, making it feel a bit cramped. I will return because I enjoy the restaurant and the food, but it's clear that some improvements are needed to ensure that the focus on profit doesn’t compromise good service, as well as the safety and comfort of both staff and customers."

"Tried out this place on a visit to Glasgow with my daughter. It has amazingly friendly staff and a lovely welcoming atmosphere. We both ordered pizza and sadly my daughter's margarita was over cooked as the cheese had started turning brown. My ham pizza was incredibly dry, there was very little cheese and even less tomato sauce. We ate what we could, paid and left. They seem to offer a real variety of Italian dishes and many of the other diners seemed very happy, but our pizza experience was a miss. Would maybe try again but order one of the delicious looking pasta dishes."

"We were given a choice of two tables on arrival enabling us to chose which area of the restaurant we preferred. Menu choice was excellent as well as the food itself. Very good, attentive service. We were there on a Sunday and had the set lunch menu. One very tiny criticism is that the Yorkshire puddings were far too large, placed on top and covering the rest of the food. Sadly unattractive and also wasted as no one on our table ate a whole one. But, that aside, a fantastic restaurant to go to. So glad we are within walking distance."

"The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but the food was disappointing and the service was slow. We went for a quick lunch during our lunch hour, but ended up waiting 20 minutes just for our drinks, leaving us with only 15 minutes to eat our meal. The menu offers a diverse selection, and my friend's Italian roasted teigcake, called pizza fritta, was very interesting. However, my salad was disappointing with a bland dressing. "received multiple booking confirmation from open table, at our arrival no one knew about the reservation. then, fortunately, they still got a table. pizza very good, nice, small restaurant. then the annoying in the calculation: had ordered salami in one of the margheritas as an extra topping. on the bill (see photo) extra topping then calculated 2 x! start up: if you order extra, it's almost a salami pizza (which you can't order so) with extra much salami....I was really baff. 12.5 service charge is available in london at any restaurant visit. no enjoyable experience."

"When I arrived there was no reservation (although I had confirmation). I was seated, in a table to accommodate two, but I would have not given this to two people it had to ahve the chair on the side, not sitting in front of each other this perhaps give you the gist of the size of the table and the fact that it was squeezed in not comfortable. I chose this resturant as my guest is vegetarian and the menu had several good salads for her. However these were not on the menu (along with quite a few other things). When I queried I was told this was the only menu (it stated express, but again on Opentable its not correct, its way off what is on the menu) this left ONE option for my guest to have. One toilet that is off the resturant, so queuing for the one toilet into the resturant. Its just not nice. I felt quite ill and the staff were kind to me, but apart from that I really didnt enjoy this experience at all. Not as listed!"

"We live within walking distance so that's always a plus point but after my last visit in July 2017, when the food and service were distinctly average, I decided I wasn't going back. However my 7 year old kids really like the place so to end the half term holidays we decided to return. I asked for one of the booths when I booked online and we got one so that was a good start. We all had a pizza's which were food though the choice on the menu has reduced significantly from a couple of years ago. Service was really good and although it still wouldn't be a personal choice of mine I'm guessing we'll be back. The food just needs to be a bit more exciting better."

"My family and I dined at this restaurant on Saturday, July 28th. We had 6 adults, a five-year-old, and a baby with us. This restaurant is local to us and we are familiar with it. It has a warm family atmosphere that is busy but not overly loud, with friendly staff who are attentive and cheerful without being pushy. The service is good even when it's busy, and the owner is very hands-on and greets everyone. We enjoyed a delicious rioja wine, along with tasty house wines. The starters, pizzas, and pasta were excellent and reasonably priced. The mains and specials, on the other hand, were a bit overpriced and the portions were small, although flavorful. Two in our group found them disappointing. Our pizza, the Anacapri, was a bit lackluster, undercooked, and bland, which is unusual as they are usually good. Nonetheless, it didn't ruin our evening, and we all had a good time, especially the kids. The staff didn't mind the children walking about and they even received special attention."

"I live for the aubergine melanzana. I order the large so I can heat up leftovers the next day for lunch. It reheats beautifully. My daughter got the ragù alla bolognese, which was clearly made by angels. That also heated up great the next day. The desserts are so good they could bring a tear to your eye"
