"Tried out this place on a visit to Glasgow with my daughter. It has amazingly friendly staff and a lovely welcoming atmosphere. We both ordered pizza and sadly my daughter's margarita was over cooked as the cheese had started turning brown. My ham pizza was incredibly dry, there was very little cheese and even less tomato sauce. We ate what we could, paid and left. They seem to offer a real variety of Italian dishes and many of the other diners seemed very happy, but our pizza experience was a miss. Would maybe try again but order one of the delicious looking pasta dishes."

"The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but the food was disappointing and the service was slow. We went for a quick lunch during our lunch hour, but ended up waiting 20 minutes just for our drinks, leaving us with only 15 minutes to eat our meal. "Firstly the positives, excellent food, and the staff look after you very well. Did see one review that said the service needs some significant improvement but that was NOT my experience quite the opposite; they look after you very well, not only in terms of being attentive but also in the style of presentation. This was my second time eating there and I had booked a lunchtime seating for a later time, meaning there were more diners, which created a better atmosphere. Wasn 't full even so, and therefore the ambience was still a bit lacking the only negative I would say. "My family and I dined at this restaurant on Saturday, July 28th. We had 6 adults, a five-year-old, and a baby with us. This restaurant is local to us and we are familiar with it. It has a warm family atmosphere that is busy but not overly loud, with friendly staff who are attentive and cheerful without being pushy. The service is good even when it's busy, and the owner is very hands-on and greets everyone. We enjoyed a delicious rioja wine, along with tasty house wines. The starters, pizzas, and pasta were excellent and reasonably priced. The mains and specials, on the other hand, were a bit overpriced and the portions were small, although flavorful. Two in our group found them disappointing. Our pizza, the Anacapri, was a bit lackluster, undercooked, and bland, which is unusual as they are usually good. Nonetheless, it didn't ruin our evening, and we all had a good time, especially the kids. The staff didn't mind the children walking about and they even received special attention."

"Ok, despite too much toasted cheese on the cannelloni, and no tomatoes on the veal ragu for the pappardelle, and the crab ravioli also needing a scotch of tomatoes to complement the fish and ink pillows, the place was fun, brightly lit, with walls full of terrific murals of all the best Italian actors and musicians from the past 50 years. "Went here randomly and did not regret it. It was empty when we arrived but started filling up when we were in there. We were initially apprehensive but it did not disappoint. I had the garlic mushrooms to start and they are probably the best garlic mushrooms I have even had!!! Our server was lovely (her name escapes me! but Ronnie, the manager, is a top guy. These guys deserve every success. Highly recommended."
