"LoVely place and always been a favourite over the years. This most recent visit found the portions smaller (actually quite a bit smaller and 5 pieces of octopus at £22 classed as main was difficult to swallow) especially as starters were at same size. Was bought up with manager on serviced and told that the chef had decided and was nothing could do. The manager later offered two sherries on house as my Fathers birthday which was nice, but moving forward not sure it will be a place I rush back too"

"Excellent Italian food. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with great service. The arancino is a must-have. All of the pasta is fantastic. Honestly, you can’t really go wrong with whatever you order. Everything is delicious. We ordered 1-2 starters and a main each and were stuffed and struggled to finish our food. They were happy to pack up our leftovers for us though. Great wine selection, and it came to £285 (including service) for 4 people which included 3 snacks, 6 antipasti, 3 primi, 1 secondi, 1 dessert, 1 bottle of wine and 1 cocktail. Very reasonable considering how high the standard of food and service was!"

"My partner and I had a delicious meal here after the closing of my solo exhibition. We had the seafood bruschetta which was exquisite, as was our pasta mains. The owner was so lovely and offered us a taste of their homemade limoncello, which was the best we’ve ever had. I highly recommend eating here for the atmosphere, good vibes, and beautifully prepared dishes. We will be back !"

"My partner and I took a little holiday in Hastings and were pleasantly surprised to come across this incredible restaurant. Although we didn't dine in as we had other plans, we couldn't resist the sight of the focaccia displayed in the window. We ordered two slices, and it was the most delicious thing I've ever tasted. It was truly authentic Italian and freshly made. I'm just disappointed it's so far from where we live because I would eat here every day if I could! The pizzas looked fantastic, and I would absolutely return to Hastings just to visit this restaurant again. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent."
