"this place is all I expected. the service was fast and good. portions were a good part. we had the bark Sunday roast that was perfect with yorkshire pudding, who was crispy on the outside, but really fluffy on the inside. everything was on a bed of veg and kartoffel with bratkartoffeln on the side. we also had the crispy big ears, which had the resistance of thinly cut pork scratches. the mushroom on sourdough toast was really good. the mushroom was full of taste, but still had a nice bite while not muddy or crispy. the Scotch eggs were nice, but on the salty side for me, and finally the tweeled rings were perfectly roasted. Oil was well dewatered, which is always a beautiful note. we were absolutely through the time we left. I didn't even come to desserts. I wish the roast would come with a pot gravy for the yorkshire pudding, even if what was on the teller was simply enough."
