"We had a wonderful lunch at B12! The staff greeted us warmly and the cozy interior made us feel comfortable. Some of us ordered the fish and chips, I had the chorizo hash, another had the pie, and someone else had the eggs Benedict. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals as they were delicious! Although there was a slight delay in receiving our food due to our party of 6, it was worth the wait. The only small issue was that the potatoes in my dish tasted a bit old, but everyone else had no complaints. Overall, we loved our experience and would definitely come back again."

I typically don't review restaurants, but I have to say that this place is a hidden gem in Hailsham. As soon as you step inside, you'll feel like you're in the fanciest spot in town.

This restaurant is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly. The mocktails are delightful, making it enjoyable to not drink alcohol. You can also indulge in a mid-morning treat of coffee and truffles or try their baked goods.

This looked a nice place, but unfortunately there is no wheelchair access, only high steps at the front entrance, we were advised by the staff there was no other entrance, so as one of our party was in a wheelchair we had no alternative but to go elsewhere, I feel they should address this situation if they can.

I had a private party at B12 on Saturday. Everything was fantastic - the food was delicious, the staff were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely return. Special thanks to Finley for assisting with the organization and to Luke (I believe) for handling the drink orders. Overall, I rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.
