"After a fantastic afternoon and evening spent with friends at the Hanover Tap Edinburgh our group of 14 were eventually left with just 4 of us. We tried to buy another drink to say goodbye to each other but the young lady behind the bar refused to serve us. I asked her why and she said that we were all drunk. I asked if one of us had misbehaved or acted out of order she said no but that as we had been there several hours we must be drunk and she would not serve us. We are all in our late 50’s our conduct at the pub was exemplary but she still wouldn’t serve us. As a group we had spent in excess of £1000 on food and drinks but she was having none of it. Shame to end a fantastic day that way. The young manager should rethink how she treats good customers. We as a group will not be returning to the Hanover Tap Edinburgh"

"the restaurant has no atmosphere. we sat on a table next to a glass door with a private party in the adjoining room. we moved table, which was blown out in addition to the air conditioning system. that was very nice to eat, but the others dinge pampered our experience. we're not going back soon."

"we visited the krone in egham, but do not have the opportunity to visit them. we discovered this pub that is in the same chain and served the same menu (almost). it is fast to our local pub. look at the brot and the butter pudding, this is the best of all time! the duck seems to never be available, however, and Sunday triple roast does not live entirely up to expectations, but overall we have visited several, only for the other excellent dishes and the service. dogs are also welcome."

"Lovely pub with good atmosphere and prompt friendly service. The food was disappointing though even though we ordered from the more expensive main menu. The fish pie was bland and contained mostly air and very little fish. The sausages were dry and tasted as though they had been cooked earlier and then microwaved. The barbecue sauce that was supposed to be on the Hunter's Chicken was a blended tin of tomatoes and the chicken salad was over-powered by raw onion. Great real ale though so would go again for a drink but not to eat."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Staff are rude and food no good for how much it cost. When receiving my food it came cold and small portion for £16. Small tiny piece of chicken smothered in sauce which was cold. Onion rings were nice. Ordered Mac n cheese as a side which was watery and disgusting! (My daughter wouldn’t even eat it and she loves mac cheese) Looked like the food has come from a microwave meal and just heated up. When speaking to the girl behind the bar saying that the chicken is cold on both meals she was rude and said ‘it can’t be it’s just come from the kitchen’ it was cold. When asking for a refund I was told that they can heat it back up or make another one which I didn’t want I just asked for a refund instead. I showed her the food and put my finger in the chicken to show it’s cold the girl said now she won’t take it back for a refund as I’ve put my finger in it. I’m sorry but I paid for the meal I will put my finger in it if I want to. Then she started saying again she will heat it up. I said no thanks I will have a refund instead please. I told her I’m the customer if I’m saying the food is cold and I don’t want it re heated up and I would like a refund that should be done instead of trying to tell me that she will heat it back up and that I’m lieing to say the food is cold. Was greeted by another worker that asked what the problem was I told her that the 2 main meals are both cold and I would like a refund please and she sorted it out straight away apologising for the other lady’s attitude. I’ve never been to Camden before and I certainly won’t be retuning here again. Bad customer service and rude staff and overpriced micro meals!! Disgusting."

"We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The service and staff were fantastic. The only issue we encountered was that the menu online was different from the one we received at the table. This discrepancy should be addressed, as other customers have also mentioned the same issue. Despite this, we will definitely return as it was a great spot for a pre-theater dinner and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you again."

"Having never quite been convinced by the menu and decor to ever entertain an evening out at Missoula, it came as a welcome surprise how wonderful the new occupier of the premises is proving to be. The bustling Friday trade did not slow the service...and we received a mouthwatering array of small plates and a sharing platter more than ample for our group of three. I highly recommend the small plates the selection of five provides a lip smacking variety of dishes ranging from cauliflower wings (delightful) to arancini balls and burnt beef ends. Actually also a fan of the sharing platter with chicken wings, chicken strips, onion rings, chips, roast, medley of sauces and sausage. All whilst absorbing gorgeous views over the River Ouse..... a delightful way to spend a Friday evening (or any evening for that matter"

"I have been ordering from this particular Papa John's location for the past 5 years ever since I came here as a student. I have had them make large quantities of pizza for parties, and they always turn out perfect. I have ordered well over 150 pizzas from this branch. They use good quality ingredients, and I appreciate that they offer vegan and low gluten options. The delivery is always fast, especially during busy times. Recently, there was a mistake on the website during payment (which I was told will be fixed), and when I called to place an order over the phone, I forgot to specify that I wanted it vegan. The employee on the phone was extremely helpful and rectified the situation, even sending over a free pizza and ice cream. I am impressed by this level of customer service and will continue to order from this location for years to come. Thank you."

"I did have an issue with the parking, as the lot is managed by an ANPR camera. You have to input your license plate to get four hours of free parking, but they don't provide a receipt as proof. This is concerning because if I get a payment demand in the mail, I won't have any evidence to show that I properly registered. ANPR companies have a reputation for being troublesome, which was frustrating, and I wouldn't have chosen this place if I had known about this system ahead of time. "absolutely amazing. we sat down on a busy Saturday night, which is expected to be booked, the beautiful lady who welcomed us aimfully made a table for us so that we could feed. drinks were ordered and arrived very quickly from a very happy helpful waitress. the food ordered next door and since it was busy, we didn't expect wrong again. the beginnings came in good time and were pilted hot, the calamari was boiled to perfection and nave muscles were perfect. the best middleton grill is an absolute must, it was the best steak I ever had. the chicken was moist and very tasty and the ribs from this world. I can't eat middletons to all the staff friendly and amazing that even better. an absolute gem in watford. x"

"Excellent stay on my way back down south from Fort William after walking the West Highland Way. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and the roast dinner most filling. Breakfast was also most enjoyable. The room had been updated recently and was warm and comfortable with a very clean en suite shower room. "visited the place at two different locations. the first time was on a Saturday night. great music and ambiente, but what the show stole was their list of cocktails. therefore decided to try some. all were exceptional, I would recommend the 5 stars tee for the rum lovers and show me the monkeys for the whisky dinkers who want to try something else. the Watermelon actor 'full moon party' was decent and thought us more. After we had the wonderful experience, we decided to go back this time with a bigger baptism. everything was the same, but we were disappointed as the bar offers were not trained enough to create the different cocktails on their menu, which was due to the fact that it was a weekday. I would recommend visiting the place at a weekend to have some drinks with friends and enjoy the lively atmosphere."

"I went into this bar for a catch up with some old friends. We sat having a nice catch up when the doormen arrived. They then asked us for proof of vaccination, I provided proof in the form of my vaccination card from the nhs,...apparently this was not valid?? Turns out that one of the doormen “Jamie” has a problem with my pals. Completely unacceptable that they behave this way and absolutely incompetent. I will never go in there again. Only reason for a higher rating was that the bar staff and all the kitchen staff to be honest were lovely, however avoid evenings because the door staff are horrific."
