"Having seen the Christmas lights at Kingston Lacy we thought we would book a table at the Horns Inn. Still a lovely place to have just a drink and maybe a snack. We had booked for an evening meal, plenty of choice from burgers to a plentiful mixed grill. Well stocked beers, wines and spirits at competitive prices. We went for the fish pie with creamy mash and peas. The pie had cubed fish and prawns with leeks in a creamy chowder sauce. A pud has to be done and we went for the rhubarb and ginger crumble with ice-cream (or custard). Well laid out tables/seating good food and drinks worth a try."

Pleasant place to have a Sunday lunch … enjoyed our meals and the service was exceptionally quick considering it’s a busy time for them . Couldn’t fault anything as the food was very good as was the beer Gin Well worth a visit !

overall it was a good night, but the lasagne left much to wish, it was much too spicy and bad quality and the nasalat was bad, other meals were ok, hopefully they can take these comments on board and correct, except that we were back in the new year.

Great place for a wonderfully tasty Sunday Roast. We are vegetarians and the tart on the Sunday roast was outstanding. My parents had the pork and they said the meat was melt in the mouth tender and very tasty. The pudding were exceptional too! Kid and dog Friendly. Great service. Friendly and helpful

First ever visit. Met family there for a meal on Friday evening. Fantastic atmosphere (once the music volume was reduced by request so we could talk) good value and nice food. The lady in charge and the new manager were welcoming, professional and a real credit to the entire team. Will definitely return.

service staff very attentive. the service was quite slow lasted a terrible long time to supply food. not found any grue on lamb. the waitress took teller away and returned food. Maybe she could have brought a little pot engraving instead of removing food. instead of taking care that they are only little personal. they would not be able to cope if very busy.

in the arrival there was a problem that the booking I had made two weeks before by a personal visit was not recorded and the window seat I had booked for six of us was occupied. the staff/team turned around and joined three tables for us and we had a fabulous lunch. eating was exceptional and very good. we are all revisited, but possibly check all two or three days to ensure that our bookings are not lost.
