"We love coming here as a lovely treat. The service is both professional and friendly. The bar staff keep an eye on everyone and are very attentive. I can't comment on the food as we only came for drinks, but we did get a free bowl of nibbles The only potential fly in the ointment was that Open Table had not forwarded our booking onto Harvey Nichols 5th Floor Bar, which the waiter said sometimes happens with Open Table bookings. Fortunately it wasn't an issue and he managed to find us a nice table."
