Perfect place for an afternoon lunch. Good customer service, perfect ambience and the food was perfect

Met freends at the bar. Nice place, only the edition was waitress every 5 minutes pour our wine and check was OK.

Friday night. The live music was great, the waiting staff fantastic and friendly and overall a nice way to spend a few hours after a busy week.

Magnificent surroundings, service and food! We had club sandwiches and they were perfect. The decor is glamorous and service perfectly. Great value too.

We had booked a table for 1.00pm,which was confirmed the previous day.Upon arrival,the Bar was closed and wasn’t due to open until 3.00pm.Obviously this was very disappointing.A breakdown in communications! View menu

Really good service had a great time was really let down by the absolutely disgusting toilets that we had to use. Paying that much for drinks in such a lovely bar and then having to use loos that smelled so bad. Real shame

This is a great bar that I’ve been to many times. Obviously it was very quiet and not the usual Friday lunchtime of pre COVID but the staff were very friendly and attentive . Great food and lovely venue . Only negative was that we weren’t booked in. I had my confirmation from Toptable but they didn’t have the booking .

We had the afternoon tea, but given the price it was not worth the money. The ambience was that of a loud café that is good for a causal lunch, but afternoon tea should be in a quiet and comfortable environment. It's definitely not. Pay an additional £10 to £20 and you can go to Fortnum Mason or The Ritz Hotel nearby and get luxury, comfort and unlimited sandwiches/pie (within the reasons.) Harvey Nichols was far from luxurious and not worthy to offer an afternoon tea. View menu
