"I have been a big fan of the Red Tiffin for a while now. It is the best South Asian takeaway in the area with a good selection of meat-free options. However, I have had some mixed experiences with the staff at the counter. One of them is incredibly friendly and sweet, but there is another guy who can be quite rude. Unfortunately, his attitude has made me hesitant to order from here. It's a shame because other than that, I have had no other issues with this place."

Each dish was prepared to perfection, with the chicken and lamb being delightfully tender and succulent. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring we left with satisfied palates and content stomachs. However, considering the overall experience and the high-quality ingredients used, it's understandable why they command a premium. My conclusion, Roz Ana is the perfect place to satisfy your craving for Indian cuisine. Whether you're a regular fan or an adventurous newcomer, this restaurant guarantees a cultural and culinary experience that will leave a lasting impression. Despite the slightly higher prices, I will definitely be returning to indulge in the rich flavors and warm atmosphere again!"

I made a phonecall to ensure they would deliver to us (out in the sticks) and was really impressed with the friendly nature in which my questions were dealt with. "I had booked a table for 2 as it was hubbies birthday. When we walked in we were warmly greeted and shown to our table upstairs. Please note there is a lift available). The chair was comfy and plenty of table room. The waiter brought our lunch menu and explained the dishes on offer. Please note they have changed the lunch menu to that shown on their site). It now a choice of three complete menu dishes. We ordered the meat menu and it arrived on a sectioned stainless steel plate and we were not disappointed what was on it. One section for starter, three section holding chicken, lamb different curries, boiled rice and chapatti. Oh boy was it tasty and we cleared our plates. We washed it down with a J20 and Coke. The bill was £25.80 to which £5.90 was for the drinks). I would recommend this place and for one will definitely be going back."

It was lovely to sit in the garden looking towards the restaurant but it looks like a bit of a building site as there are working on the garden. "Had been looking forward to trying this place as had heard great reviews but unfortunately very disappointed. Ordered chilli garlic Prawns which did not contain peppers as described and the sauce tasted like chilli ketchup. Squid starter was the most disappointing, the batter was coming off the squid resulting in a congealed sauce which was thick anyway.. Shame about texture as sauce was flavoursome. . The butter chicken was lovely but quite spicy which is surprising as this dish is usually mild, unfortunately no indication of spice level on website otherwise would have asked for spice to be reduced. Placed order over the phone but now wished I placed it on website as they didn't apply correct meal deal, when asked I was advised the butter chicken was not classic curry and therefore not included in deal. Only checked when I returned home and this was one of the dish choices on website for the meal deals. This resulted in over charging me which is bit dishonest."

The food was delicious great taste, quality, presentation and good portion sizes. The location of the restaurant is on the high street and it is huge inside with seating in the back garden area too. "This Indian restaurant is always fantastic and one of my favorites in the area. The staff is very friendly and attentive, ensuring that your glass is never empty for long. I had the deluxe platter with a wide variety of chicken and lamb dishes, accompanied by a generous portion of rice. This is perfect for those who like to try different curries or have trouble deciding on a dish. The chicken curry was beautifully flavored and the meat was very tender. We prefer our food on the spicy side, and the staff was happy to accommodate our request for extra chili. The naan bread was always served hot and soft, with just the right amount of butter. The portions are generous and I appreciate how knowledgeable and patient the waiters are in helping me navigate the menu. We have dined here with family, friends, as a couple, and even hosted a private banquet and birthday party in the side area without any issues. The prices are average and on par with similar restaurants. The thali we ordered was one of the more expensive items at around £17, but the selection was well worth it. We even had leftovers to take home the next day. Overall, the dining experience is consistently excellent here."

"the worst customer service I've ever seen. we did not get our drinks after 1.5 hours. we remembered the waiter, but no drinks also afterwards! the food was cold and we had to look for the waiter of the minute in which we were paid until the time we were paying the bill. there were many irate customers and the waiter ran from one table to another participant, especially the tables were customers to increase their vote. what a shame and what a shame!"
