"A friend phoned and ordered ‘large’ chicken and shish kebabs. He got a fright went he was told but hey the order was made so I went to collect. There was a big box but I wasn’t surprised when I saw how small...the food was. I didn’t rate their pizzas on a previous visit and now I don’t rate their kebabs."

"Pathetic, waited 3 hours for delivery, when we phoned to chase the order the second time I spoke to some rude women who showed no compassion or empathy and didn’t apologise for the delay!? 25 minutes later we saw a confused looking guy carrying a delivery bag but had no car. I refused delivery and the poor delivery driver said he was only given the order 20 minutes ago!?!?We decided to order from a competitor of Cavaliere which arrived quickly and who we will be using in future.To the owners of the Cavaliere we understand that occasionally these things can happen BUT to spoken to in that manner by a member of staff is completely unacceptable!"

"We’ve been to Deadwood a few times so thought it was about time I added a review! I usually go for the low slow brisket as it’s always tasty (along with mac n cheese BBQ pit beans sides both amazing). I went...for chicken n ribs this time unfortunately they ran out of St Louis ribs so I had the beef instead at an extra cost. The beef was unbelievable and next time I’ll be having a full rack of it! Chicken was also tasty. The only downside to Deadwood for me is the fact they each time I’ve been, they’ve always ran out of something on the menu. Genuinely every single time! It’s a shame as the menu is amazing and you don’t want your options limited. Price wise it’s very good for the portion size. Staff always good as well. Would definitely recommend."

The only minor downside was that the service could be somewhat impersonal and slow at times. Nevertheless, overall we had a fantastic meal."

The person who took our order failed to include one of the items we had requested. When we called to address the issue, we were told that the restaurant was closed for the night and could not assist us. This lack of concern for their customers was disappointing."

"Tried out this place on a visit to Glasgow with my daughter. It has amazingly friendly staff and a lovely welcoming atmosphere. We both ordered pizza and sadly my daughter's margarita was over cooked as the cheese had started turning brown. My ham pizza was incredibly dry, there was very little cheese and even less tomato sauce. We ate what we could, paid and left. They seem to offer a real variety of Italian dishes and many of the other diners seemed very happy, but our pizza experience was a miss. Would maybe try again but order one of the delicious looking pasta dishes."

"I ordered two calzones from this restaurant and had to walk 5 minutes up the road to pick them up. When I checked them with a food probe, they were only 32 degrees and cold. I called the restaurant and my wife went back to exchange them. The girl behind the counter said she would make us two more, but then the manager walked in and demanded that we either take the cold ones or pay for two more. I went down myself to confront them and was met with a mouthful of abuse. They claimed the calzones went cold on the walk home and then started blaming two drunk customers in the shop. This whole experience was an absolute joke and I will never be coming back again."

"This lovely restaurant was a great find on the internet! We received the warmest welcome from Ian, the restaurant was spotlessly clean and the service from all of the staff was superb. We loved the decor of the restaurant and the ambience was also great. The dishes were well presented and the food tasted delicious all of the group commented on how wonderful everything was. We would definitely go to BBar again and I really do HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant. "

"The staff at this restaurant are extremely unfriendly. My order was late due to the driver being arrested for fighting his cousin. When my food was finally delivered, it was cold and the chicken was tough. They only offered a £5 discount for the lateness and shrugged off the poor quality of the food with remarks like, "cold food happens." This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering I was the third customer to experience cold food that night. When I tried to address the issue, I was spoken to rudely and hung up on. The owner refused to take responsibility and told me to go elsewhere. I have reported this to Doncaster council and the FSA, as the restaurant already has a low hygiene rating of 2. I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment."

"never before and heard many good comments. a table for our jubile meal. first disappointment was the professional printed card of the managing director who explains why there is now an additional premium on the menu price for certain steaks. we thought to be extremely dishonest as there is no mention of it on the website. we ordered our drinks and approx. 5 minutes later we ordered our meals only to say there were no fish or garnel. our starters came approx. 10 minutes later (no sign of drinks.) we ended our starters who were not brilliant and the plates were deleted. Finally our drinks arrived just before our net. the steak was in order, but we had better. I think that eating is very expensive, which creates a high expectation and this has not been fulfilled. the service was slow and safe not guarantee a service fee on the bill. Unfortunately, this is the first and only time we will visit a middletons steakhouse."

"One of the best takeaways in Birmingham. Never had anything like it.. the food and taste was on point could not fault. Portion size was perfect, first time ordering from here it will definitely be a regular. Food delivered on time and was piping hot. Delivery driver was very friendly and patient (took me a while opening the door, but he waited patiently and wasn't rude about it thank you). Great service all round and great food. "The restaurant was utterly vacant, with not a single customer in sight. One staff member was present, but they were not particularly helpful. We found that we couldn't order half of the items on the menu. It took us over 20 minutes to navigate the app and add food to our order. The atmosphere was dull and lifeless, with staff wandering around as if they didn't care. This experience completely spoiled what was meant to be a lovely wedding anniversary dinner. In the end, we decided to give up trying to order and left, as it would have been over an hour before we got to eat. While the prices seemed a bit steep, they might have been worth it had we felt welcomed, managed to place our order, and actually tried the food."
