"a few days ago, since I and my friend got a student discount. first opinions, once I went, was how attentive and friendly our server was. they really seem to care for customer service, so I don't know why there are many reviews on the contrary. we ordered immediately and food came quite fast, which was good. the food was breathtaking. my God the burger was beautiful the onion rings even more. I could eat these onion rings in buckets that were so good. the drinks were quite expensive to be honest as I don't want to pay £2.30 for water. but I feel that Byron brings a beautiful aura to cambridge and I would be happy back hundreds of times and is recommended to friends and family."

"this place is great! my partner and I were several times and never had a bad experience. the personal is always super friendly, the menu is funny (and it doesn't matter that they play with it, e.g. transform a chickenburger into a veggie burger, or add lots of additional pattys! eating is great, the service fast and it is a great value for money! the music is also decent! I was an enthusiastic fan of her local competitor, but they rebuilt me! great place to eat!"

"Food was superb , Salmon was delicious and the P&P burger was cooked to perfection and ultra tasty. The service was fantastic, attended to as soon as we entered even though it was extremely busy and the drinks were brought to our table instantly. "what a fabulous place. our first visit tonight. beautiful atmosphere and decoration. very friendly staff and well cooked eating. we had tapas to share between (all good teller cocktails and desserts. the garlic braids were absolutely delicious. it's something out of that for us, but will definitely go back."

"I would give only 4 stars because young, the toilet was not clean. hand wash liquid was completed. the roll of the toilet was finished and the plastikfelge was not good to see before I started my meal which was good, I would be honest, portion size was satisfying and the prices were good and affordable. sitzordnung was also modern, but again, to repair this one thing that people out."

"Firstly, I must mention that my order was delayed. After calling the restaurant, I found out that my order had been lost. While this was not ideal, it is a common occurrence. Despite this setback, I would still give the restaurant 5 stars because my food was delivered quickly and hot. The quality of the food was excellent as always. "The food is amazing at Hache House, I had the Canadian and my bf had the American and we couldn't fault IT. Our only concern was the service it felt very understaffed and although the manager was there she didn't really appear to be getting stuck in! The poor lad on the bar was inundated with cocktail orders and didn't know the menu whether it was lack of practice or what I'm not sure but the drinks took forever to come. The waiter we did have though was lovely however his colleague seemed away with the fairies and not really involved in what he was doing. But like I said if they possibly had another member of staff it probably would have been better. You can't fault the food though."

"This was my second visit to this restaurant. Unfortunately, the first visit was better than the second. The wrong burger was brought out initially, but a replacement was given along with extra fries. We were overcharged when we were leaving, but the mistake was rectified and a refund was given on my card. We had to pay a £5 deposit per person to book their bottomless breakfast/brunch, but this was refunded in cash when we paid. The drinks listed are only bottomless. The French toast breakfast was much larger than expected, and my friend struggled to finish it. Overall, my previous visit during the summer had gone smoothly. Parking was limited, but we didn't have an issue finding a spot as it was quiet when we visited."
