"We ordered takeout from this restaurant during our visit to Dundee. We arrived half an hour late to pick up our food, but they kindly remade everything fresh for us. We were pleasantly surprised by their exceptional customer service, even though the delay was our fault. We ordered a variety of appetizers and entrees, all of which were delicious and made with fresh, quality ingredients."

"Mmmmmmmm. We went here for my birthday a few years ago and it was delicious. Came back today and it was amazing as well, just soo tasty. The meat was juicy, and the pulled pork was tender and again soo juicy. The chips were also really nice, not too greasy. I would definitely recommend and I’m sure I will be back!"

"We visited on the 27th December for a late lunch, our party was 5 adults and a 7 year old. We were sat in a booth- a bit of a tight squeeze and did result in some kind of elbow jousting game that we could have done without. We ordered our drinks (a must try is the strawberry and mint margarita which did take a while to arrive; this was an ongoing issue and most probably down to the fact that their very competent bar man was making drinks for the whole restaurant with 4-5 servers sending through orders all the time. Our food was amazing, we ordered a platter for 2- this is well worth the price tag and lets you try many different dishes without the headache of trying to choose! Our son had a burger from the kids menu which he devoured (all parents reading this will be well aware of how rare this can be . We had no room for pudding so cannot comment on these. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant for their food and drinks but would suggest to the management that they do a bit more training with their FOH staff to tighten up their service to avoid communication issues and a feeling of neglect."

"another burger restaurant where they choose what they want in their table and then ask and pay them at the pay desk. my juice (bigberry and oldest) was really nice and with unlimited refill for just £2.15 is great! I tried the peanut butter milkshake and I really liked it too (it is a bit expensive, but it is worth it). my burger (bacon pesterella) had blue cheese instead of mozzarella, as they did not have it this day. it was a beautiful burger. not unbelievably different from others I cost it, but not bad at all. the cheesecake friries were different from me eating and I liked them. I found it really funny, they have free ground for the customers. I tried a few. they were pretty old, but yet the idea is really cool. I also loved the container for the ketchup. the burgers could be a little cheaper because they don't bring any chips/frets. the total was around £30 for two burgers and two drinks, but I had 15% cashback so it was at the end a decent price. a beautiful place in the city center I would go back."

"Charge 1.99 to deliver, but don't actually deliver to your door but fail to mention it when ordering. When challenging this policy I was advised they only deliver to the lobby, which I said I paid for delivery to my door and everyone else delivered without a problem so this was a first but although unhappy I went to the lobby.....the problem with this was that the driver was still sat in his car on the phone, so he didn't even bother coming to the lobby I had to go look for him on the street.....He then handed me phone for The manager and he said we don't delivery to apartments so i explained his driver hasn't even bothered to come to lobby, ive had to find him down the road, the manager then changed his policy mid conversation to say it not only doesn't deliver to doors in apartment buildings but if he can't park they don't come to the lobby.. so not sure how you would deliver it? Do you throw the pizza out the car window at the lobby as you go past? considering it's 9pm on a Sunday and parking is pretty much anywhere barring double yellow it was a poor excuse. Simply put they couldn't be bothered to leave his car. I ordered in as I wasn't feeling well enough to go outside so this made no sense as I stil had to go outside and pretty much ended up at my car to collect this food, few more steps and I could have gone to eat out. Not impressed. Didnt appreciate the driver lying to say there was no parking even though it's Sunday and you can park almost anywhere and I made a point of point out all the parking spots or the manager lying and adding new policies mid sentence to match up the story. I was really irritated about the no parking lie there was plenty!!!!! stick to pizza hut or independents!!"

"A massive shame that I 'm having to give this place a 1 star review. Today was the fifth time I 've visited Antonio 's and every previous time the staff have been lovely, a little bit slow, but very polite and the food has been brilliant. However, today I went as I always eat here when visiting Falkirk and I was shown a table. The restaurant was quite busy but not overly busy and there was 3 waitresses for maybe 15 tables. We were given a menu and after about 10 minutes we were actively looking around for someone to take our order. The young girl who had showed us to our table kept passing us but was too busy cleaning other tables around us and just ignored us. She spent ten full minutes cleaning two small tables of maybe 2 cups and plates per one. After waiting for 25 minutes I got up and went to the till asking if I could just order here and was told rudely 'to sit down and wait as she 'll be two minutes '. I just walked out after that interaction and I sadly will not be returning. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"Just been to Oatcakes and Milkshakes for the second time (travelling over half an hour to get there) and it is amazing!!! We had monster shakes, pancakes and oatcakes and couldn’t fault any of them. They look and taste delicious. My daughter suffers with a severe peanut allergy and the staff could not do more to accommodate this. They steamed all the mixers, even the glass they served it in and checked through all the ingredients with us to make sure, putting all of our minds at ease. Thank you oatcakes and milkshakes we will be back again soon!!"

"I ordered The Don with Chunky Skin-on Fries and Garlic Mayo dipping sauce. It was the best burger I have ever had! No wonder there was about a 15-20 mins wait, because it was worth it. "The service was not great, with a waiter who lacked customer service skills and avoided eye contact. However, we still received what we wanted. The noise level upstairs was too loud for those sitting downstairs. The food portions and prices were good. The wings were tasty, though not gourmet. The hot dog was not recommended due to poor quality bun and fake cheese. The chicken steak was okay, but a bit chewy and could use some sauce. The menu advertises 'condiments' but they are actually just on the table. The atmosphere was a bit gloomy and the tables were not cleaned from previous customers. However, the prices were decent, with lunch options starting from £3.90. Overall, the restaurant exceeded expectations and I would return in the future. It seems that most customers prefer takeaway options rather than dining in."

"I love this place. For multiple reasons actually. (1 Kitchen is open till 3am (2 Complete casual dining (3 I love the industrial vibe (ie. the caged shelves, Edison bulbs, concrete flooring, raw plaster, exposed pipes.... (4 Always a great selection of ales on tap (that changes frequently (5 Food is great and....in smaller portions. As it 's a food review, I 'm going to skip talking about numbers 1-4. But number 5? Well what I meant about the smaller portion is that because the mains come literally as it is (without any sides , you can opt and decide how big or small you want your meal to be. Moreover, because the starters are quite a decent size as well I 've even had combos of 2 starters and a side or 1 starter 2 sides, etc. But there was once i did order 2 starters and 2 sides, and i regretted feeling greedy that day. Right, down to whats good. My husband and I have our personal favourites and newly discovered favourites. I 'm more of a use-your-hands-to-eat kind of person. And my husband doesn 't like to get his delicate finger winkies dirty. So you 'll see what kind of foods we tend to lean to. I love the ribs (wasn 't dry at all, and I could only finish the half rack , the hot rib tips and chicken wings (both from the starters . Also the bacon corn muffins (had bits of bacon chunks in it . I wasn 't too keen on the piglets though as I felt that were just way to salty for me. Same goes for the house sausage. My husband? He always orders and loves the chicken and lobster brioche. But i think he prefers the chicken the most. Now the sides? You MUST try the burnt end beans. We love it. If you 're wondering what the wedge salad is? Think a whole iceberg lettuce, cut in a quarter and put in a bowl...whole. They then drizzle the salad sauce and croutons on. Haha, I mean it 's a side salad so how can I complain (but just a teeny bit lazy no? Embracing the whole rustic look just a bit too much? . Desserts? We 'used ' to love the banoffee. Until we discovered...the white chocolate and peanut butter cheesecake! And the double chocolate bourbon brownie!"
