"Just bought these chicken wings from BRGR in Giffnock. They are the most disgusting wings I have seen in my life. They were meant to be dinner for a 5 year old who took one look and was nearly sick. I was told over the phone these are the new wings they are using and also they aren’t burnt. There are big chunks of charcoal on top pictures don’t lie. I am sure they are actually a health hazard aswell. We usually love this place aswell wow what a decline. I wonder if I should keep the wings and pass on to environmental health."

juicy burger and decent milkshake. I noticed the prices on Deliveroo/Uber eats are waaay more expensive. so they simply come to the venue and order them from the waitress, although for 20 minutes be ready, wait for busy times.

Good value, pretty good burger, tight for space, staff friendly and efficient. The poutine could do with more curd cheese mixed in with the French fries and the gravy more peppery. With regards to my comments on the poutine I'm from Quebec.

Had my first BRGR experience on Great Western Road and loved it so much I decided to try the Giffnock store. Sadly the experience was not how I expected and I received an unsalted portion of Fries and my burger tasted unseasoned to match.I wouldn't return to this store but I will return to Great Western Road in the hopes that my first experience wasn't a one off.

Very disappointing. I'd tried BRG burgers in the city centre and thought they were excellent, so I decided to try one in Giffnock. The food was terrible—the burgers were dry, there was no sauce, and there was no flavour at all. A double burger for £9 is a complete rip-off. The fries were extremely small in size and had no taste at all. I'm unhappy because I paid £25 for that and it was not worth it. Not coming back.
