"Ordered double stack on my burger but didn't come with that and was taken off the bill as wasn't going to wait for a other one to be cooked. We had a side of onion rings and one of them had unmixed dry flour inside of it which put us off eaten the rest so sent them back and they was removed from the bill but wasn't really given or offered anything for the inconvenience I appreciate mishaps happen but just left a negative on the Zak's meal which we use quite often."

"Just bought these chicken wings from BRGR in Giffnock. They are the most disgusting wings I have seen in my life. They were meant to be dinner for a 5 year old who took one look and was nearly sick. I was told over the phone these are the new wings they are using and also they aren’t burnt. There are big chunks of charcoal on top pictures don’t lie. I am sure they are actually a health hazard aswell. We usually love this place aswell wow what a decline. I wonder if I should keep the wings and pass on to environmental health."

"The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but they need to improve their attention to detail for takeaway orders. The last three times we ordered takeout, items were missing from our order, causing us to have to call and wait for the rest of our food. This is unnecessary and frustrating. Additionally, the delivery drivers seem to ignore any additional delivery instructions we include. Overall, the delivery service does not match the quality of the food."

"The food I ordered a £1.99 KFC snack box, which was brought out to me with a speedy response, the chicken was cooked well, coupled with some lovely fries . The delivery service which they run as a secondary service did not affect the delivery of the food, from the ordering stage which was prompt, once again I will definitely be ordering from this branch in the future Impressed with the service"

"Absolutely amazing! I went with my boyfriend on Friday night for a lovely meal. He recently moved to the area and we had been told by many locals it was the place to go when in the area. It was more than I expected, the service and A le Carte menu surpassed our expectations. "Reservation time was not honour even I have been waiting patiently for 35 mins. Over the phone, requested reservation at 6:30 pm, got told that can only take at 6:45 pm and Booking will be held for 15 mins. I have arrived at 6:25 pm and was told that My booking is at 7pm. Which is not a problem as I am still waiting for my party to arrive. 7:10 pm, still was not seated, i told the host that our friend will be coming soon and we are ready to order. The host said that he won’t give us the seat if the whole party is not here. During 35 mins that i was sitting there, so many walk in client came, they get the table before us even when they are still waiting for their friend to join I told the host that but we have reservation. Then he reply, it doesn’t matter if you have a reservation not that you paid any extra money for it. We returned the menu and of course walked out. I have been to the restaurant so many times and recommended so many friends and clients. There will be no next time. There’s no service mind and the host attitude is out of this world. Wondering how on earth the business still running."

We found the chilies in the garlic mogo very over powering but the rest of the dishes were tasty and not overly priced.Two areas of disappointment Service they were clearly understaffed and some one the staff members did not really know what was happening. At one point we had a jug of water all glasses full of water and we ordered a jug of passionfruit but the waiter looked very confused when I asked for glasses as the water glasses were full of water. He also ignored us when we were requesting the bill despite the fact he was only behind My husband and I had the worst stomach ache the following day. "Bit sad to write this. Was not a great meal. Deliberately chose to support a local independent rather than a chain. Was v quiet. Great menu and lots of specials. Waiting staff very friendly and efficient. Food was just v average. Crackers tasted refried, fish cakes were tiny and tasted frozen. Lots of pineapple .. even in the rice.. Other food was serviceable and edible but we left a lot and not cos we weren't hungry. I hope it was just an off night because I really want these kind of places to stay open. Must be **** tough running a restaurant at the moment and for that reason I would return to give it a second chance despite the somewhat underwhelming initial experience."

"The Club is one of London's oldest and finest Jazz clubs. It is discreetly tucked away in a minor street between the river Thames and the western end of the Kings Road.You will not necessarily find international or superstar Jazz outfits there but, on a good night, the gigs are fine. You can be a member of the club but non-members are welcome, too.Due to licensing restrictions, alcohol is served to non-members only with meals. During the week (Monday-Thursday), non-members can come down for soft drinks, if there is spare capacity. Weekend nights are full and one can be admitted as a non-member only if coming in for dinner. There is a music charge of a head Monday-Thursday, Friday and Saturday and on Sunday. This is added to the dining bill. Food is Bistrot-like and is normally a courses affaire. You have a choice of about varied starters, main courses and three deserts. With music and service, expect to pay about per person. Booking is an absolute must on weekend nights.I very much like this place for its cosiness and civilised atmosphere (spectators are expected to be quite whilst the band is playing). "Excellent food!! Came here my first day in London and definitely want to go back. Got the “Roman artichokes” which came with crispy herb polenta, aioli, soft herbs, radish and broad beans. So so good. The polenta was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. (However don’t be fooled since I think it was plain polenta not herb polenta Loved the aioli that went with it I could eat just that and the polenta on its own!! Didn’t like the herbs so much but that’s more of a personal taste. One of the summer specials was the “Baja banana blossom tacos” with tempura nori batter, blue corn tortillas, mango salsa, pineapple ketchup. Loved this as well. I was definitely wowed by tempura banana blossoms, although could have done with a little less tempura batter. The pineapple ketchup was sooooo good too and really balanced the heat from the salsa. For dessert I got the caramel cheesecake with blackberry coulis and salted caramel popcorn. I’m still dreaming about this! The cheesecake was so creamy and smooth. Wasn’t too sweet either."

"I recently returned to the Rosewood London for a four-day stay, and once again had breakfast at the Mirror Room each day. I must say, you will not find a better breakfast dining experience in London. The room itself, along with the decor and table settings, are absolutely beautiful. Each day, we were warmly welcomed by a hostess, a lovely young lady who always had a smile on her face and a can-do attitude. She seated us each day, although I unfortunately do not know her name, I want to express my gratitude. The servers and all other staff in the Mirror Room were exceptional in their service and attentiveness, and their great attitude did not go unnoticed. Thank you all once again. And of course, the food was simply amazing each time we dined there. The flavors were delicious and the presentation on the plate was top-notch, making each meal even more special. On behalf of my family, thank you to everyone for making our stay so wonderful."

"They have recently changed their menu meaning items on the menu are not marked as gluten free. I visited in August 2023. I spoke to staff and one said they could do certain dishes gluten-free and no cross-contamination, another said it would be gluten-free but have some gluten in it (figure that one out! . I decided to trust the first member of staff. The food was okay but not as good as it was years back. Given the lack of staff knowledge and average food I won't be returning."

"A very unique and quaint little restaurant. Slightly difficult to find as there is no signage and it’s at basement level down the stairs.. Not a big restaurant. Around 40 50 seats. Food was great. We had the mixed starter as well as the mixed grill. All food was nicely cooked and seasoned well. The lamb chops were really tender and stood out. Service was good and efficient. No waiting around and the staff were friendly and pleasant. Highly recommend."

"It was moderate at best , we had the waiter spill the tea on the cakes and excused himself to bring new ones which were never bought back. The attention to detail is cared for rather than the quality of food itself, it felt stale some sandwiches. The highlight was only the view. The rest can be described as mediocre at best. Too much show but quality wise a dissapointment."
