I discovered a gem at Frankfurt Airport. This was my fifth visit to the airport, and my first time dining at PaulAner. They should consider advertising more in the airport and nearby hotels. The authentic German food was delicious and reasonably priced for an airport restaurant.

Pleasant evening with good food and still Oktoberfest beer, despite book fair, the service could sometimes have looked a bit more short. Finding would be facilitated by an indication that the restaurant is located in the western part (1st floor of the IN THE SQUAIRE). It is also well suited for airport trips.
