"Charge 1.99 to deliver, but don't actually deliver to your door but fail to mention it when ordering. When challenging this policy I was advised they only deliver to the lobby, which I said I paid for delivery to my door and everyone else delivered without a problem so this was a first but although unhappy I went to the lobby.....the problem with this was that the driver was still sat in his car on the phone, so he didn't even bother coming to the lobby I had to go look for him on the street.....He then handed me phone for The manager and he said we don't delivery to apartments so i explained his driver hasn't even bothered to come to lobby, ive had to find him down the road, the manager then changed his policy mid conversation to say it not only doesn't deliver to doors in apartment buildings but if he can't park they don't come to the lobby.. so not sure how you would deliver it? Do you throw the pizza out the car window at the lobby as you go past? considering it's 9pm on a Sunday and parking is pretty much anywhere barring double yellow it was a poor excuse. Simply put they couldn't be bothered to leave his car. I ordered in as I wasn't feeling well enough to go outside so this made no sense as I stil had to go outside and pretty much ended up at my car to collect this food, few more steps and I could have gone to eat out. Not impressed. Didnt appreciate the driver lying to say there was no parking even though it's Sunday and you can park almost anywhere and I made a point of point out all the parking spots or the manager lying and adding new policies mid sentence to match up the story. I was really irritated about the no parking lie there was plenty!!!!! stick to pizza hut or independents!!"

Food is generally decent. As i live near, i am able to collect my order have no issues. At times i have had my food delivered with items missing or the completely wrong pizza delivered. best to collect

I've been using a good badge for over ten years, and I've never had any problems. I think they say that once my drink has been forgotten, but has been done well by giving me 2 bottles instead of one, they get back within 20 minutes. View menu

Have been using Slough bath road branch for over ten years and I have never had any problems , mind you saying that , one time my drink was forgotten but was made good by giving me 2 bottles instead of one , recieved these within 20 minutes .

This restaurant is absolutely terrible! I ordered online and my food arrived burnt. When I called to complain, they promised a discount on my next order. When I tried to order again, they said there was no discount on my account. This place is a complete scam. Do not eat here.

I have no complaints about the service at this store, as the staff were quite friendly and the cookies were baked perfectly. However, I found the cookies to be extremely disappointing. They lacked sweetness and were overall very bland. I could only manage to eat half a cookie before deciding to discard the rest. View menu

I had a driver refuse to deliver to my building on the grounds that I was in the second floor. He very bluntly asked me to come down and collect the items or call the store for a refund. I rang the store And the manager agreed with the driver. Unbelievable considering we pay for delivery. Terrible customer service and terrible service overall. I won’t be ordering from Dominos again in the future.

The driver insisted that I come outside my apartment in the cold and rain to pick up my pizza. I had requested delivery to my door as I was unable to leave my apartment, and it is only a 5-minute walk. It doesn't make sense to pay £3 for delivery if I have to collect it myself. When I complained to management, they not only failed to take responsibility but also blamed me for the driver's inability to deliver to the door. The audacity of their response was disappointing.
