"Had previous bad experience here but due to all other bar/restaurant options being booked out due to time of year Christmas market etc, gave it second chance as was young daughters birthday and she wanted a treat for lunch. Girl greeting customers was friendly and helpful, but from there the experience was a disgrace. Once seated, order was taken and after 10 mins was informed there were no more wraps available, so child had to reorder which we did. Then, few mins later the adults food arrives a pizza which was thinner than the menu itself and of very poor quality for the price paid. I noted all pizzas being delivered to tables were exactly the same thickness and quality and can't help think they are pre frozen and simply heated up. Would explain the quality of the food. The amended child order arrived about 25 mins later, when the adults had already finished their meal. By this stage she had grown tired of waiting and the food was of awful quality. Needless to say she barely are it and we just wanted to leave. No staff apologised for the delay, fact it wasnt put as urgent bearing in mind the original delay due to running out of ingredients etc. Throughout the experience of around an hour and 15 the staff were running around in chaos, even arguing amongst themsevles and the ordering system in full view along with kitchen showed just how disorganised they actually are. I asked for the bill for girl to say she'd bring it to my table. She passed the table at least 15 20 times delivering food, taking new orders and as befitting of this place having sat and given her ample chance to get back to me had to ask her AGAIN 15 mins later can I have the bill asap, and as per her reaction, she'd actually forgotten to go and get it leaving me sat unattended. I can accept a restaurant being busy but more importantly the quality of the food here is of absolutely horrible standard on both visits, appearing to be pre packed or frozen and reheated only. The service isnt far behind and needless to say, its last time i'll ever set foot in this or any other Frankie Benny's. You've been warned!"

"Excellent food and welcoming staff. However, the venue was a bit of a letdown due to exposed utilities on the ceiling and a somewhat chilly atmosphere. The meals were outstanding, and the staff provided friendly service during the ordering process. They struck a nice balance, not being overly intrusive while we were eating, and they checked in with us once to ensure everything was satisfactory—unlike some places that linger too closely! Finally, when it came time to pay the bill, the server was engaging and friendly. Overall, I'd rate the food a perfect 5."

"We visited our favourite burger restaurant and once again it did not disappoint!!! We went around 1pm and was greeted at the door by Stella, very friendly. She informed us that it was card only and sat us down at our table of our choice.... Its nice to be informed about their card only policy before you continue. The tempature of the restaurant was lovely and cool too) Once we was seated Stella asked if we have any allergies or dietary requirements. I have a tomato allergy and she brought over a folder of all the allergies and explained what to look for. This for me was very good and very attentive, nice to see a restaurant take care of their customers and requirements in such a positive manner) My partner and I decided to go for there Gochubang Burger with Yokai beer. sweet chili and gochujang coated, buttermilk fried chicken breast, topped with homemade Byron slaw, drizzled with a Korean style hot sauce mayo and finished with sweet pickles, all in a soft bun) WOW! Just WOW!!! From the cucumber pickle side to the crispy buttermilk chicken it's was packed with flavours. Even the beer they served with a ice cold glass paired with it, balanced the whole meal perfectly! Callum checked in on us to see how we was and if we would like nothing else. The whole experience was just the perfect service. Compliments to the chef as well, very well presented in a good time too. Once finished we was stuffed!! But we just knew after Stella asked if we would like any dessert or milkshakes we knew a nice mint chocolate chip milkshake would go down perfectly! And once again it did not disappoint! Adding to the detail about this was that we wasn't rushed. It was a lovely calm and chill environment and we felt comfortable. Overall, fantastic place, amazing service and sensational burger! "This excellent hamburger restaurant is located right in the center of Milton Keynes shopping area. I loved the exterior of the restaurant. The waitress was friendly and professional, willing to accommodate any requests we had. The food was delicious, especially my sister's double cheeseburger which came with sweet potato fries (which were tasty) and coleslaw. The kitchen is open, allowing customers to watch the cooks at work. Our food came out quickly, only a 15-minute wait. The restaurant's layout and decor are simple yet attractive. The menu has a wide variety of options, including vegetarian, kids' meals, and gluten-free choices. Parking is available but can be pricey, especially in the red zone. The restaurant is located near the food court and a bank in CMK. Takeout orders are also an option. I highly recommend this restaurant."

"I and my engaged were greeted by a very friendly employee who asked where we would like to sit instead of just adding somewhere I thought to be a nice note. we were told by the specials and advised about drinks etc. the menu has exactly the right choice, not too overwhelming, and the prices are appropriate for the inner city kitchen. we ordered a special ronaldo and a C-Rex burger to share between us, with sweet kartoffel friries and regular fries. they can have the rindburgers cooked to their taste, although they recommend medium, that is great! eating was incredible, probably the best burgers we have ever eaten; all the aromes worked together and the portion sizes are great for the price. the only thing I would say is that the burgers can get messy, so that the provision of wet wipes would be useful, as serviettes do not sometimes do justice. also the regular fries were very cut, would be nice to see them thicker and perhaps with the skin on. service during the meal was perfect and although we have dessert, their lists of puddings looked incredible, so will definitely save space at the next visit, which hopefully will be very soon!"

"I went to Byron with 4 of my work colleagues on their 25p burger special opening offer day. The queue was down the street as you would imagine, but it moved quickly and we were in and seated in no time. We were in one of the big booth seats by the window (which are perfect for people watching) The staff were friendly and super knowledgeable which was great as I ask a lot of questions. So I'm vegetarian and am so pleased that here they have separate fryers for their chips and courgette chips than their meat products (I'm amazed at how this still happens elsewhere) They were also clued up with veggie friendly cheeses and don't use Parmesan in their veggie dishes (it's not veggie) The open kitchen is a nice touch, I like seeing how the kitchen works. My Portobello mushroom burger with goats cheese, red peppers and spinach was super tasty, as we're the courgette chips. I very much enjoyed my lunch and would come back here again. I find it a little strange when you buy your burger then the chips are extra, I'd rather it was standard and you upgraded to sweet potato chips or courgette chips if you wanted to. Nice industrial decor. Worth a visit"

"I love this place. The food is absolutely delicious. The ambiance is great for relaxing. We had onion rings, sliders, fries, and pasta. The onion rings and pasta were amazing. The cheese on the fries didn't taste very good and the sliders were a bit cold and not very crispy. The staff at this restaurant is really friendly. Overall, I had a great experience at this place."
