"Must Try: All Bar One NachosWe visited this restaurant on a Monday night hence it was relatively quiet. All Bar One has a lovely and cosy dining area.We were famished hence we decided to go with two starters and try the classic All Bar One Nachos and the Garlic Flat Bread with Cheese. By far one of the best nachos I have tried. The nachos was not too crispy and had a thin layer of cheese already on it making it perfectly soft. The sour cream, salsa, guacamole and cheese individually and combined was delicious.For the main course we tried the BBQ Pulled Pork and the Chicken Breast served with Gravy and Rice. Both dishes were absolutely divine. The pork was well cooked and melted in the mouth with the BBQ sauce. The gravy had the right amount of flavor and went well with the fried chicken and rice.For drinks we decided to try the mango and peach bellini which was nice however their mango daiquiri was too strong which overpowered the flavour of the drink.The service was fair and the prices are good. they have various offers for meals for two which makes it apt for date nights or just dining for two. Overall a nice restaurant to visit."

"Came here for the first time in 3 years (due to the pandemic . We came for my partner's birthday and had dinner. We were served by a young man who was extremely friendly and polite, with prompt service. The lychee daiquiri was a dream, a bit strong, just the way I like it! We had the 5 small plates for around 30 pounds to start off with, (fried mushrooms, duck gyoza, karaage chicken x 2 chicken skewers we absolutely loved the chicken skewers, the mushrooms and the karaage chicken! They were just the right size and were extremely moreish! We each had a main as well, (butternut squash plus other things I forget superbowl with added chicken breast, chicken katsu burger, beef brisket burger with cheese and beef brisket without cheese burger. The katsu burger was okay, a good amount of chicken and the breadcrumb coating was lovely; the sauce was okay, I feel that perhaps it didn't quite work as a burger, but was nice nonetheless. The other two burgers were very nice and the balance of meat and other fillings wes just right. (The burgers are big by the way! (I forgot to take pictures of the foods ordered the superbowl was lovely as well, was not really to my personal taste, however my partner loved it. The atmosphere and decor are smart and calming with an air of sophistication. I liked the plant decor and the teal and gold colours. We came here originally 3 years ago for lunch and then a few months later they refurbished the place and this is what we have now. Very nice. Always recommend All Bar One's food, as it's a hidden gem I believe! "I visited Poms last Sunday and ordered a simple club sandwich, but when it arrived, it turned into a delightful and hearty meal. There was a generous portion, especially for the price. My mother-in-law had a pastrami and cranberry bagel, which was a fantastic pairing with her surf and turf. My 2-year-old daughter had a side of chips, which were served at a perfect temperature and brought to our table upon request to keep her entertained. After our meal, we ordered hot drinks and then some dessert. The chef kindly asked my daughter which ice cream flavor she preferred and even made her a sundae, which made her so happy. Happy child equals happy mom! The atmosphere was wonderful, family-friendly, and the customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend this place every week!"

"I went to all bar one again recently with my friend and it was a really great experience. The staff were lovely and so was the food and drinks. I am pregnant and my friend is Muslim, this meant that we were sober drinkers. The mocktails did not disappoint , the variety and flavous were everything I needed. Would 1000% recommend the desert selection. After our meal we found that there was more that we could handle with just the two of us, but it's definitely delicious and cost effective."

Staff were all well intentioned but would benefit from further training and a uniformly neat appearance. Our set Valentines meal should have had fizz and canapés beforehand but neither arrived. The waiter did not ask how we wanted the fillet steaks to be cooked when the order was taken, which was unusual but not a cause for alarm in a larger premises like this. A waiter brought the matched wine for the first and second course at the same time, which was seconds after the bread basket had just been offered, and could not say which glass was for which dish. Moments after the innocuous starter and subsequent sorbet had been whisked away another waiter delivered our steaks: one blue and the other rare not our preference at all, but we ate what we could and left the rest. Our only specific request when ordering the food was for one dessert to be substituted by cheese and for that to be placed on or beside our table immediately rather than removed from a chiller moments before serving. This was ignored despite repeated requests for it to happen and so the cheese proved to be tasteless. Overall the entire menu lacked imagination and the chef did not show skills that encouraged a return visit. We will monitor the menu for a change in the kitchen and return once the front of house staff have had an opportunity to gain a little more experience."

"Our disabled friend been asked to leave facility within 15 minutes of being there by female bouncer when she was outside. She came back inside upset to grab her stuff and told us it’s happening again! One of our party friends got up and spoke with male bouncer. He came back and told her she can stay but she can’t finish her drink she didn’t even have more than half of her first drink at this point) We all sat there absolutely disgusted and decided to leave this place asap and it’s not only she picked on disabled person but the way our friend was handled was very poor. Female bouncer refused to give her name or company she is working for to make direct complain and she knows she has done very wrong. However no apology was made. I really hope All Bar One Management could contact me with details of the ‘door staff ‘ to make further complain. Also our friend will be writing to news papers to make them aware how disabled ppl are being treated at this bar !! We are all absolutely disgusted with your behaviour !!"

"My friend and I had a spontaneous meal and drinks out at a restaurant. The service was good and the food was delicious. My friend has a lot of food intolerances, so she was given an allergy guide which was very helpful. We usually have to avoid many places because of her intolerances, but this restaurant was accommodating. We enjoyed a lot of cocktails, all of which were great. The manager who served us was amazing and made us feel comfortable despite our dietary restrictions. I had been to this restaurant before and had a terrible experience, but this time it was much improved. I will definitely be returning in the future."

"Pleasant spot for breakfast. I want to return and try the other food The Yorkshire Deli does, especially the pizza! But today me and my partner went for breakfast here. The environment was relaxing. The food was incredible and very filling, it definitely lived up to its price. The coffee was nice but if I had to criticize it would have been the milk was steamed to too high of a temperature, it was extremely hot which ruined some of its texture but not too much that it burnt, but it was still nice Customer service from the waitress who was new that day was excellent! I'm sure she'll become more and more confident in her role there and be an asset to the establishment. Overall, fantastic experience will be back soon!"

The most realistic meat alternative I have ever tried and one of the tastiest. "This will be my 4th week staying at this hotel whilst our charity is vaccinating the housebound population of Somerset. Its a great place to stay and comfortable with a good menu. Having had the same dishes to choose from for some time, can you please consider alternative menu options? Also at breakfast, the only egg choice appears to be scrambled which due to the way its stored on the buffet counter, is always overcooked. Some alternative egg options like boiled, fried or poached would be appreciated."

"Our dining experience was on the whole very good. Steaks were delicious, but would have been nice to have a few vegetables, e.g. mushrooms? Sticky Toffee Pudding was a wee bit dry. There's a lovely ambience and the views from the windows add to the relaxing atmosphere. Serving staff were friendly and courteous and very attentive. We've been to The Glasshouse quite a few times and would highly recommend it to those looking for a delicious meal served in comfortable and very attractive surroundings."

"On arrival we were shown to our table and ordered drinks which duly arrived, unfortunately my white wine was warm, not a good start. We had asked for tap water on the table too and even though I repeated the request three times (and I think one of the people I asked was the manager) I'm still waiting for it to arrive two days later! The menu was disappointing, not a patch on the sample menus on the website. As far as the food quality is concerned the pizzas were good but the slaw that came with the Reuben sandwich was just red and white cabbage and mayonnaise, no onions, no carrots, it wasn't slaw. When we asked for the bill it seemed to take an age to arrive, mainly because nobody could find the card machine. We noticed too that there were odd items scattered about on the tables near the till that were not in use, shopping bags and the like. We were all very disappointed with the Yorkshire Deli Pizza Bar and won't be returning."
