Too keep it short and sweet, great food matched with great service, plus a fantastic ambience and atmosphere, would highly recommend.

Had an incredible time at this restaurant in Harlem. Tianna, our server, was charming, kind, and attentive. Will definitely be recommending it to everyone I know.

It was our third time that we have been to the restaurant and live very local. As we had great experiences before we took my wife's brother from America with us. We had a lovely well presented, fantastic service in a beautiful location Thanks

As soon as you walk through the door the staff makes you feel welcome. You can order your meal in the lounge before being seated at your table. Hence you can wait for your meal to be ready in some comfortable sofa. The food is what you would expect when ordering your meal. Tasty, well presented and plenty enough. The desserts are OK. Booked hotel and restaurant as a romantic treat for my wife. While the hotel itself was outstanding (and highly recommended) the restaurant was awful given its billing. The setting was indeed superb and the service as expected, however the food was little better than pub food dressed up. It was certainly NOT Fine Dining as claimed. The Fillet of Beef I had was essentially steak and chips. With a better chef this could be a fantastic place, but the standard of food needs to improve dramatically.

I stayed there on the 28th November and booked to stay there for 2 day originally and my and my girlfriend liked it there so much that we decided to stay another night it was amazing the treatments are defo worth there money the food was amazing literally, service and staff were just so helpful they couldn't do enough for you, room service was fast! But at a great standard, I stayed in a master suite that was really nice had a hot tub, the spa was very clean no dust anywhere, the beauticians are very friendly and good, I will stay again my girlfriend wanted to stay there so much we booked another night,

A fabulous building in a magnificent setting, so it is to be recommended to those interested in architecture, let down by the delivery. Staff were all well intentioned but would benefit from further training and a uniformly neat appearance. Our set Valentines meal should have had fizz and canapés beforehand but neither arrived. The waiter did not ask how we wanted the fillet steaks to be cooked when the order was taken, which was unusual but not a cause for alarm in a larger premises like this.
