"Came for a pre film mea at about 6.45 pm. Restaurant not that busy, so were seated straight away. First thing we noticed is how dirty the floor was (we were sticking to it as we walked), secondly our server pointed to a code on the (dirty) table and saying you know how to order (we didn 't actually) before walking off. As there seemed to be a problem with the app (girl at the counter having a very long argument with staff whilst pointing at her phone), we went and ordered from the main desk. The counter at the main desk is absolutely filthy greasy and sticky and I hope no one was brave enough to eat any of the stale cakes under the grubby glass covers. Girl with phone app problem has now been going for about 10 mins so another member of staff comes to take our order whilst taking the order, a manager informs us that there will be a wait of at least half a hour for the food at least they told us, rather than us just waiting. Very limited choice of beer or wine at vastly inflated prices. Husband went to the toilet and said it was disgustingly dirty. The whole restaurant is so old and tired but there is just no excuse for how dirty it is really didn 't want to eat anything here because of the lack of hygiene. We had ordered a family platter which arrived at least 10 mins apart with most of the sides missing. When the corn did arrive it was burnt to a crisp sent it back and received raw corn instead. I hate to be a complainer, but we are living in times where going out to eat should be a treat, not an excuse to get ripped off to the tune of £100 for some factory chicken, oven chips and microwave rice served up in dirty, scruffy surroundings. The staff here are nice enough but Nandos are not getting any more of my money AVOID."

"There is ample indoor and outdoor seating available at this restaurant situated at Chatham dockside, offering a delightful view of the docks. I opted for a milkshake made with soya milk and chocolate sorbet, which was delicious and not too sugary. I would have liked it to be slightly thicker and made with vegan ice cream. I am looking forward to trying one of the desserts from their new vegan menu on my next visit."

"We happened upon this little shop whilst perusing Harrogate and brought a selection of Cheeses to take to family that evening. The two ladies working were fantastic in helping us choose a lovely Brie with Truffle, Smoked Cheddar and a strong Blue. With a little taster of each we were soon agreed and the three cheeses were nicely wrapped up in paper.Our hosts loved them that evening and being local themselves have plans to pop in and see the array on offer for themselves."

"Was craving a nice dessert, this place did not for fill my cravings. Ordered a Nutella cookie dough came out as solid as a brick and the sauce looked like Asda cheap chocolate melted down and shoved on. Completely missing the cookie dough. Sundae was two scoop of ice cream for £9! And a bit of sauce. Pancakes were like chewing on a rubber tire. Bananas taste horrid rather been sat on the toilet for 3 hours then eat that again. I didn’t know that the ice cream that comes with the pudding is invisible how amazing is that? By the way I ain’t fat this is a group order. Save your pennies rather than getting diarrhoea plus took over a hour to bring it. Delivery driver couldn’t find the massive building to deliver. Next time I shall just have a freezer choc ice."

"I will not be going back here if I’m paid. Besides the fact they’ve taken almost all of the vegan options off, there’s a curry and fajita, which isn’t really a fajita it’s a reheated sloppy wrap! I know this because when asking about allergens or if I can take stuff out I was told it was all premade. I asked for a gluten free wrap as it was part of the option and was given a regular wrap and told about that after I had began eating it! I made my allergies very clear and the waitress tried her very best and was lovely but it seemed the kitchen staff really didn’t have a clue and something in my food set off a reaction even though I’d checked and there shouldn’t have been anything in especially since this meal was meant to be vegan (my main allergy is milk)... On top of this, the lady who came over to assist was extremely rude and insisted if I didn’t need to go to hospital it didn’t really make any difference and it wasn’t their fault so they wouldn’t do anything! Reluctantly she refunded me and said “here you go Madame if your money will make you feel better take it we obviously don’t cater to the likes of you” utterly appalled. "Just over the road from Marylebone station, on the corner, this is a very small cafe in the traditional English style. The service however is anything but traditional, it is fast and efficient, even to the point of little order tickets. I ordered the breakfast special, at a fiver and fifty including tea or coffee it was the perfect medium breakfast. Bigger eaters will want to add a few extras to get the full English but regardless the prices are very reasonable for this part of London. The food is not fancy but it is good honest fare. You can't beat a good English breakfast on a winter morning and this cafe gives you that, without the hassle of places like Wetherspoons or the blandness of McDonalds. It is not the place for a quiet brunch but there is a comforting bussiness here."

"I went to the Sports Bar Grill as it was my birthday and I chose it specifically for its food aspect and with the added bonus of screens for the football. I ordered a burger and a Knronebourg and my wife had the cod and chips and a vodka and coke. We arrived as the match was just ending but that wasn't a problem, after the football finished they put on rock music and I think it was a tad too loud as trying to have a conversation wit my wife was quite difficult The food was really good and the waiter/waitresses were always in attendance, my wife ordered more cokes which came in tumblers rather than half or quarter sized glasses I booked using the tastecard and the bill was only so I added tip and paid and left. After we left I checked how much we saved using the tastecard and it was but I was a bit taken aback when I saw the prices of the cokes which were each which was a bit steep for a tumbler of coke as a vodka and coke was so for another my wife could have had a shot of vodka in her cokes Overall apart from the rip off soft drinks and the slightly noisy atmosphere it was enjoyable hour or so."

"our first stay in the village hotel was brilliant. we have a lot, so the stay was very cheap. room was very clean, could have been done with a mini fridge, but it is not a big thing. we really enjoyed it with the pool steam bath. brilliant with a star-corner in the space that was handy for a morning coffee. the only thing I would mention is the noise of the gym tomorrow is quite loud, we were in the 3rd floor, and we were awakened by loud music at 8 o'clock, so did not get the sleep we hoped we had. dining room service was nice, but only a little expensive. great hotel, anyway, and would certainly return."

"First off despite booking delivery for 22.55 the email said ASAP. Rang an unpleasant chappie who blamed me but said would change to 23.00. Then delivery driver rang at 23.15 and said couldn't find our house. He was at wrong area altogether. Gave him directions and he still couldn't find us and rang back twice. The second time telling me he cant find our address so cant deliver.I rang saying I wanted refund but was told no refund as its been delivered. It eventually turned up at 23.35 as I was attempting to cancel again on phone but getting nowhere apart from abuse so I gave it back and answered the door to be greeted by the delivery plonker telling me off for swearing in my own house behind closed doors as he could hear me ! Oh and the food was atrocious even after warming it up and ended up in the bin."
