When I called the restaurant, the girl sincerely apologized and her boss offered to bring the sausages to me. However, since I live in Airdrie, I declined the offer. I was upset about the mix-up and would like to extend my apologies to the girl who served me and her boss."

"I have never tried a DIY kebab before and I definitely will not try it again. A large kebab with all the toppings dumped in one tray and separate pita bread does not feel like a real kebab to me. I might as well have ordered a munchy box. The salad in the shop also did not look very fresh. Both the Bodrum in Aberdeen and the one here are subpar, so I would recommend trying a different kebab shop."

"I always like the Goldberry but unfortunately this time I did not. When we arrived 4 of us the waitress told us that the chicken delviery had not been delviered so all chicken dishes were off the menu. I chose cold meat salad which on the menu stated that it came with coleslaw.... I can only describe it as a side salad..... no coleslaw and when I asked for salad cream they didnt have any. My friend chose steak pie which was full of gravy and very little meat and was cold. We were offered something different and had a chicken sandwich and a chicken curry as the delivery arrived?? but was very poor indeed. On the menu was also apple pie but when we went to order it was not ready!!! Having paid the bill in full which was around £80 with drinks I told the waitress that it was not what we usually came to expect at the Goldberry she then told her manager who offered us a round of drinks to compensate. The manager has still to appear to apologise this was left to the waitress which I found strange.... not a good way to keep and treat your customers. Will not be returning anytime soon and have told my friends the same."

"Felt like we 'd been mugged!. We went to Cafe Mode last Saturday afternoon and had a starter and a couple of burgers. Starter of Doughballs was okay, but noting great. We had two gourmet burgers for mains. Burgers were overcooked and nothing special. The french fries were okay.
