"Very very delicious. Prompt service. Reasonable prices. We went for veggie option and ordered pizza as well as the roll which are extremely delicious. You see it being made in front of you which is very assuring. We opted a pick up but I must admit their delivery is prompt too. A must try Pizza place for Pizza lovers. It's a shame I am writing this review 6 months after I actually visited the place and had the pizza as I could have helped few more people try this place since July itself."

"So what can I tell you about this establishment. I walked in at 10:30 is two of my oldest friends who’s I haven’t seen for 5 years. I’m greeted with cold shoulders and zero communication. From the outside it looked like a warm welcoming pub. But no. I walked in and me and my friends are told last drinks have seen served. Now I understand a pin having worked in the industry for 10 years. The staff saw me and my friends walk in and in my opinion saw us and thought no that’s more work and ran us out of the pub with bad attitude and rude answers."

"I like good food, but I'm not particularly demanding either. This food is by far the worst I've ever tasted in Birmingham since the last 10 years or so. I ordered 2 kebabs (pita chicken) and a cheese burger. I was hungry yet I couldn't eat any of them. The burger meated tastes like polystyrene or something. Kebab meat was greasy beyond imagination. There are many kinds of quality in kebab meat, this one is clearly the bottom one. It was also full of these cheap chili and mayo sauce. The overall impression is that every single ingredient of this food is the cheapest existing on the market. Don't expect to enjoy this food, except if you are accustomed to extremely low standards."

"Location was amazing with the most beautiful views. The food was fine, hit and miss for our large table and the kids food wasn't great. The service was a bit challenging as well, they seemed a bit annoyed with our large table and honestly we seemed like a it of an inconvenience. "Where do I start We stayed over in our campervan and we were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived by Wendy and the team Absolutely nothing was too much trouble We had food twice that was freshly prepared and absolutely beautiful we were lucky enough to have been there while there was live entertainment baldy Holly fantastic and a great night was enjoyed by all Wendy has only just had this place for a month and the locals have nothing but praise and we can see why I read a couple of reviews complaining about hand written menus etc get a grip your not eating the **** menu opening a new business takes time All I can say is that this is a hidden gem of a pub and we will definitely be back thanks for making our stay so enjoyable and we will see you very soon Lisa and Jimmy"

"The staff were very attentive, but you just need to allow more time for people to order their food and finish their food. On a few occasions, we felt as though we were being rushed to finish our food and leave. The food was good overall. However, the cheese on chips, needs to be improved and have more cheese that is melted properly. The drinks were on point, but the waffle needs to have more chocolate and/or white sauce on it. It felt like I was just having the waffle without any sauce. A couple of things were finished on the menu and we were notified after the order had been placed. This is understandable as at peak times, you may run out of certain options. It’ll be good to have this known at the time of placing the order. However, the staff were very attentive and had good customer service skills. The ambience of the place was excellent and it’s very different to your regular burger joints."

"Ideal for a quick family dinner when having a little get together. The food we ordered was very nice, the cheese had a lovely flavour compared to other pizza chains like dominoes etc. It wasn't overly greasy. The chicken wings were a hit enjoyed by all. We had a two different varieties of pizza, one vegetarian one meat both delicious. The stuff crust in particular was yummy, the dough was really soft. We used one of the offers. Fed 4 of is happily for £30 we had loads left. We opted for delivery it was quick, food arrived hot. Delivery man was very nice"

"Forgot half my order. Lied to me saying he would go get it. 25 minutes later I called the restaurant and the phone operator lied to me saying the driver was already on his way, which he told me with attitude. Over 2 hours from the delivery time I called again to be immediately hung up on. How difficult is it to read the top two items on the order receipt? Seriously disappointed by the lack of customer service. I really despise franchise businesses now, they allow people to take the **** out of customers while being protected by a whole bunch of by-laws and website pages giving you the run around trying to avoid complaints and refunds. It’s disgusting and you’re really disrespectful for doing it. Lying to my face is one thing, but then knowing you work for less an hour than what you owe me, but not willing to give up that hours wage for anyone, it’s kinda funny. It’s totally fine for me to lose an hour of my life, but if I demanded it from them I wouldn’t get it. Sort your business out; it’s already bad enough you’ve been dodging tax."

"My experience at this restaurant was not great. We ordered 2 pizzas, 3 sides, and a drink, but unfortunately, they forgot to deliver the pizzas. The delivery driver offered no apology, just saying he would be back in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, I had to call to inquire about our order and was told that the driver had already left 5 minutes ago, even though we live only 5 minutes away! Eventually, the pizzas were delivered, but they were not fresh - it was clear they had been made for the first delivery and reheated in the microwave before reaching us. I was really disappointed with the service and the quality of the food. I won't be returning, as there are plenty of other pizza places in St Albans to choose from."

"This evening my boyfriend and I visited the restaurant reluctantly and unsure of what they would have on offer for me (a vegan). But to my delight, they were able to cater to my every need and more. Siddhesh answered every question with confidence and knowledge. The staff were lovely and polite, whilst delivering a quick and pleasant service. I am so pleased with my visit to the restaurant, as not only were the above positives present the food was delicious too!! They also had a vegan chocolate cake which was superb. "I recently tried the extra large Philly cheese steak pizza and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend it. The pizza was delicious, with a cheese sauce instead of the traditional tomato sauce that made a significant difference. The ingredients tasted fresh and I believe it was better than their competitors. The delivery was fast and the driver was courteous. I would definitely recommend this pizza, especially since they offer good deals for online orders."

"Not what you'd expect for £28 for 2 pizzas on a deal! Called to complain, first guy I spoke to was great. He said he'd replace the food now or next time. I said I'd do it next time as Papa John's was my go to, maybe it was just a 1 off. Next time I called to claim said pizzas I was told I wasn't aloud to claim now and it was a different manager. She wouldn't give me her name but she sounded young and of Indian accent (only way to describe her). Her customer service skills were awful. Ended up taking it further with the complaint.. no reply as of yet. So £28 down as it stands, hopefully il get a reply, who knows. Never again!"

"After leaving Redmond's Bar in Duke St Glasgow, i intended to go for a Pizza, i had my young Puppy with me of 5 months' whom was outside. My Boyfriend then proceeded to bring my Pup in to ask me something due to the length...of wait. I was met with a very Rude and angry server, who immediately advised me dogs were not allowed even though she was lifted, this did not aggravate me although the attitude of the person Serving me. Her attitude stank and she wasnt slow to let me know. So from here i went on to wait 25 mins at least to await my Pizza, the order i made was The Greek', i got home to find out that it was a Pizza i can only describe as a Inferno Hot, i have never seen so many Chilli Peppers on a Pizza, after getting home i could have cried especially as i have a intolerance to Jalapeno Peppers. Management has now been notified."

"I wasn't sure if I would be able to make a reservation during half term, but to my surprise, the restaurant was not too busy. The staff were wonderful, very friendly, attentive, and engaging. The locals were also great, sharing local knowledge and stories. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with a small outdoor seating area. As for the food, I couldn't resist trying the wood-fired pizza since it was hard to miss the oven as soon as I walked in. The staff suggested I could take any leftovers home, as they also offer takeaway orders for their pizzas. And let me tell you, the pizza was absolutely fantastic! I've had my fair share of pizzas, but this one was definitely one of the best. I only wish I had discovered this hidden gem earlier in my holiday. I will definitely be returning. This restaurant is a must-visit! Please note that parking may be limited."
