"This is the worst pizza I have ever had in my 42 years on Earth. The pizza was small and misshapen, as if the person making it hated their job. The Cali bites tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long, and the fries were undercooked and soggy. I am baffled by how both the pizza and fried food could be so terrible. I can't believe I spent over $20 on this meal. The only saving grace was the service, which was excellent; this server deserves a raise."

"I ordered a meal deal that included chicken poppers and a large pizza. They called me after they had already started making the pizza to inform me that they had run out of the poppers. They then proceeded to insult me over the phone when I requested a refund for the missing item. They claimed they couldn't refund me because the pizza was already in the oven. After threatening to dispute the charge with my bank, they finally agreed to refund my money and cancel the order. This was a terrible experience with their service."
