"Their burgers are excellent, possibly the best in Brighton, but whilst they use Just Eats for their delivery partners the service is appalling. I ordered delivery Smashburgers many times when they were delivered by Deliveroo and never had a problem. On two of the four or five occasions I have ordered delivery burgers since they switched to Just Eats they have delivered the wrong order. Last night was exceptionally bad. When I realised we had been given the wrong delivery I called Smashburger and they confirmed the rider had picked up the wrong bag but assured me my order would be delivered shortly. Twenty minutes later I called again and Conor told me that I would not be getting my order as Just Eats had refused to deliver it. Thanks for the warning Conor. Lucky I called as I could have been waiting longer. Conor told me that I should use the Just Eats app to ask for a refund, which I have. I think in the circumstances Conor and his team should hastily find another way of delivering their food, maybe a taxi at their expense?.. rather than leaving their customers hanging. I shall endeavour to contact the management of Smashburger in the week for a constructive chat. Whilst they continue to use Just Eats as their delivery partner I will be a very reluctant customer."

"Asked for a large sausage and small chips. Place was empty at 1pm so asked if the chips had been lying long told by the server that they were fresh she had face that would turn your milk sour, when snapping back at me. Paid and left anyway chips were greasy as he 'll and barely luke warm which is the same as the last time I went in late evening about an hour before closing. They seem happy to serve up any old crap, no apology when I found a big black long hair in my food previously !!! It 's local and handy but really guys you really need to try harder. "Customer service really slow and the staff ain’t that great a making you feel welcome. In fact they make you feel like your a bother. Once you get your food and go to site down you then get a true picture of the place. Tables...had left over food on it where they couldn’t be bothered to clean the tables. Customers leftover trays not cleaned off table. Food on the floor... Yuk. The toilets are locked and when you ask how to get in the staff answer so abruptly like your nothing. When you get in there, Oh My God IT SO DIRTY and your afraid to touch the taps cause it’s so dirty. The District Manager should give them a surprise visit at lunchtime. I’m sure they’d be shocked. I wish I’d taken a picture of all the stuff I mentioned above. Would put you off for life"

"Early Thursday evening arriving in Aberdeen beach at around 1900. Burger king looked like a good place. WOW were we so wrong. Whopper and a plain cheese burger no coffee or tea, just juice or milk shake. The Whopper was cold and lifeless. The plain...cheese burger had everything on it and this had died about a week ago. It was dry and cold. Should have guessed it would be bad as only about 8 other people were in it and only 4 sitting in."

"This Burger King is a decent size with delicious, fresh food. It's located in a great spot for a quick refuel during shopping trips. While dining here, we experienced a medical emergency (a child had an epileptic fit) and the staff were incredible. They were very helpful, blocked off the area, and kept other customers away. They were constantly checking on us and making sure we were okay. Thumbs up for their amazing service!"
