"Food was nice. What totally let this place down was the staff members sloppy attitude to hygiene. No hand soap in any of their 3 toilets. Having tried all three, one of their taps were running on full, I tried to turn it off but it was too stiff. I told the front of house staff member of the lack of soap and the running tap and she told me she knew about both but looked unwilling to do anything about it. If they want more than one star from me then they need to sort out their facilities. I had to wash my hands in their kitchen area, not ideal to say the least. A family member recommended the place and felt the need to apologise following that experience. Your guests shouldn't be embarrassed about recommending your business, shame on your staff for not addressing the two very basic issues. Brighton and Hove health and hygiene team must be very sloppy for giving you 5 hygiene stars."

"we visited this week here. no trace and trace at place, place was quiet so easy to social removal. the personal wore all masks. Eat was good and hot, we had cheeseburger and fryed and a cold drink. Drinking machines worked very well and easy to use. while we ate our meal, we saw out the window, through the journey through, and 5 rabbits came out and began to eat the grass, in clearer sight of the window. an additional bonus. this was about 4.30 o'clock would recommend 100% and would revise."

"This Burger King is a decent size with delicious, fresh food. It's located in a great spot for a quick refuel during shopping trips. While dining here, we experienced a medical emergency (a child had an epileptic fit) and the staff were incredible. They were very helpful, blocked off the area, and kept other customers away. They were constantly checking on us and making sure we were okay. Thumbs up for their amazing service!"
