"Having complained to the Burger King head office recently and being told to get a cash refund by them for a rancid order, I got absolutely no where! Do not eat or drink at this place it is truly vial. My Daughters drink was toxic, the chicken burgers over done and overly salty, the chips soggy and the halloumi over cooked and no dip given. Most of the £38 order ended up in the train bin on the way home. Honestly when you tell someone their food is rancid to their face you would expect they would at least try to resolve the situation. "Came here for a quick meal on the way to a comedy show. Unfortunately, this cannot be described as fast food we ordered standard menu items which took more than ten minutes to arrive, the staff clearly more concerned with fulfilling drive through and deliveroo/just eat orders., regardless of the growing queues in the restaurant. The best thing that can be said about the food is that it was hot the fries weren't salted and I overheard a staff member tell another customer that they didn't have any salt. We struggled to find a table that was clean and were unable to use the toilet facilities as a receipt wasn't provided and we couldn't be bothered to queue at the counter again. Many other fast food places in the area so would suggest trying anywhere else."

"ordered a Whopper menu and speck double cheeseburger meal. within minutes so clearly not freshly cooked. as superficial as a cheeseburger it had this little filling in it. cheeseburger with speck was eggy without sauce and the speck was anemic. went. to ask to get a new one with speck actually cooked to say that we do not cook the speck it comes so what do they want tomato sauce? so pre and I mean, non-cooked speck comes from miles away and then becomes a burger cold with cold plastic cheese and iron patties. yum! absolute wasted by over and the responsible could try some customer service hours. please avoid them as the plague it was abysmal!"

"this Burger King was a difficult restaurant to find. his hidden in the Waverly station in a quiet corner, and unfamiliar with the location had to after about 45 minutes before I found it. After I finally found it, I ordered my double chopper food and sat down for my almost food repair. during the viewing I found that the place was empty, and that on the difficultness to locate it. the service at the counter was fast and efficient as there were hardly any customers there. cleanliness was not at the top, and the tables were cleaned throughout the time I was there wasn’t deleted or cleaned."

"I haven't been to Burger King or McDonald's in a while. The last time I went to McDonald's, I was disappointed because the fries tasted oily and the burger didn't impress me. Recently, I needed a quick meal and Burger King was convenient, so I ordered a Whopper meal which included a medium fries (which was actually large enough), a drink, and a coffee that tasted decent. All of this for £6.49. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the food (served on a tray to eat in the store). When I asked for some tomato sauce, I was asked how many packets I wanted, all included in the price."

"only had a really nice lady take our order, was very polite and had a smile on her face, although the place was really busy. some hammered a few people behind us decided to give their mourning, because the poor soul had to go up. great example for his young daughter with respect and tolerance. to the manager I had a nice burger and would appreciate it if they could thank their team tonight for their service. including their very busy ladies cleansing and cleaning tables.
