"I visited for a few days with my dad and had a lovely time in Brighton. The location is the best part of this hotel as easy routes on foot to the beach and the town centre and only a short drive to the marina. Parking wasn’t an issue due to the zone C permits you can buy for a very fair price from reception. The hotel itself: quite a cozy B&B with rooms that have everything you need included, albeit they are quite small, especially the bathrooms. The rooms and hotel are very clean and well taken care of. In my room the windows were broken and the blinds were broken also I could only open one window and the blinds remained shut over my view of the sea, which was disappointing. I raised this with reception, as well as my plug in fan not working and it was noted but not addressed. Breakfast is a little compact as you literally are sitting next to other visitors with very little spacing this is just down to the hotels size. All in all, a happy visit and a good stay. I would stay again, although next time I’d make a fuss that if I’m paying a premium for a sea view, I don’t have a blind blocking this view!"
