"I visited for a few days with my dad and had a lovely time in Brighton. The location is the best part of this hotel as easy routes on foot to the beach and the town centre and only a short drive to the marina. Parking wasn’t an issue due to the zone C permits you can buy for a very fair price from reception. The hotel itself: quite a cozy B&B with rooms that have everything you need included, albeit they are quite small, especially the bathrooms. The rooms and hotel are very clean and well taken care of. In my room the windows were broken and the blinds were broken also I could only open one window and the blinds remained shut over my view of the sea, which was disappointing. I raised this with reception, as well as my plug in fan not working and it was noted but not addressed. Breakfast is a little compact as you literally are sitting next to other visitors with very little spacing this is just down to the hotels size. All in all, a happy visit and a good stay. I would stay again, although next time I’d make a fuss that if I’m paying a premium for a sea view, I don’t have a blind blocking this view!"

Great value for an overnight stay, great location , friendly staff and a tasty breakfast. Our room was a bit average but the price makes this completely acceptable.

It was a great decision to stay here. We had a lovely time and will be recommending it to everyone we know. The rooms were great, and the service was amazing. We really couldn't fault any part of our stay.

came over 2 years ago here, I really liked it here because it was very close to the sea, we also got a room with a beautiful view, although I think cleanliness and modernization could be improved. If that were the case, it would be 5 stars of me!

Don't book this hotel! I booked a triple room 2 weeks ago. They emailed me the night before check-in and telling me that triple room was not available. They forced me to have 2 individual rooms. The room was small with very bad smell. Dinner was terrible too.

Oscar, the hotel manager, a Spanish guy who was very kind and attentive to us, we didn't lack anything, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good, Oscar prepares it very well for you. We will definitely go again! Thanks for everything! A hug! Next time, I'll bring you an ensaimada!

Average hotel, rooms are nice and well equipped, only a few minutes walking distance from the beach. Although when we got there, there was no one on the reception, front door unlocked and open. So basically anyone can walk and since there’s no one reception, no one would even notice...so after having rang the bell about 10 times to get someones attention, there was still no response. I ended phoning up the hotel to get someone to come down to reception... Apart from this as I mentioned before: Good location, decent rooms, quite reasonable prices and very quiet.
